The hotel is very close to Naritasan Shinsho-ji and Naritasan Park. All hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and an excellent authentic experience. Although I could not go for the half board due to the late arrival flight, but I would recommend it.

The location was great. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The town is very charming with a beautiful temple. The staff was great and even greeted us outside when we arrived at 11:00pm.

Very nice hotel

If I could give it more stars, I would! When it was rainy, staff met us in the front with umbrellas. They helped us book taxis and saved us from missing our return flight when our first ride didn’t show up.

It was perfectly located to see some lovely little shops and walk to the amazingly beautiful temple complex. I absolutely 100٪ recommend this hotel to anyone spending a night in Narita before moving on to see the rest of Japan.

Absolutely enchanting and unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the extraordinary staff to the glorious rooms and the stunning location. Plus, proximity to Narita airport. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. This hotel is made for fascinating memories long into the future.

When I booked the property, I thought it was large enough to accomodate 3 people but in reality it is not. In addition, it is over priced for the room and the services. Food was not readilly available unless I had to reserve the mean 24 hours in advance. It is really difficult to make reservations when you are traveling.

The staff throughout the hotel were so kind and patient with me, even loaning me a torch so I could visit the temple before sunrise.

Spacious suite and new updated finishes. Beyond expectations and the website images do not do justice. Perfect spot to end a vacation and 10 minutes to airport.

Very good hotel in Narita city. Next to the famous temple and walking distance to many good restaurants. The staffs are awesome. Please take their breakfast option; they are well prepared and very delicious.

I only stayed one night at Waqoo Naritasanmonzen and I wish I had more time to enjoy this beautiful place. The hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms are beautifully designed and appointed with every comfort. They have a cool gallery of kimono annd kabuki artifacts. The staff is amazing and the location is ideal. It’s almost next door to the Narita San Temple and the town has traditional Japanese architecture and lovely shops as well as a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The green tea sweet shop across from the hotel has the best gourmet green tea ice cream and the little jewelry shop also has a beautiful selection that is not expensive at all for the quality, and both accept credit cards. Another shop down the hill had wonderful Japanese clothing and textiles, prices were a pleasant surprise so close to Tokyo. I stayed here the night before an evening flight to NY from Narita airport and my one small regret I had is running out of yen to buy gifts from the temple and a couple of the shops that only take cash. Thank you so much to the staff of the hotel for the lovely and unique souvenir they organized for me when I was leaving!!! I ended my Japan trip on a fantastic note thanks to you!

The hotel is wonderful with osen (public hot spring), friendly, kind and helpful staff. A little bit expensive but worth to stay, and it is a bit far from the train station (but alternative it is very close to the main shrine)

The room was spotless and one of the best rooms around. I ordered the breakfast a couple days prior to my arrival and it was an incredible edible experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I would highly reccomend Waqoo!

Wonderful Property with impeccable Service - enjoyed the public bath!

The building, decor, and room was beautiful, upscale, decorated. Right in the heart of Narita shopping street and right outside of Narita Park, it was the perfect location to explore the city by just walking out the entrance. Staff were respectful, helpful, and courteous. I reserved their dinner and wow was that a fine dining experience and true taste of local, traditional cuisine. I will be staying at this establishment every chance I get!
