Excellent location in the historical center of Catania with no walking time to all of the major sites and convenient access to everything you may need in walking distance.

Newly renovated chic large rooms in an building convenient to cathedral square(like 3 min walk) Bkfast nice to your room. There are almost 4 flights of stairs n we have luggage. Manager Nicola immediately came to help us bring our luggage up the stairs n did the same for checking out. A great joy to stay at dome

There was a buzzing/humming noise the whole night and it was impossible to sleep

Great location just off the main square and accessing Catania’s amenities and historical sites. Rooms are modern, well equiped and spotless with daily cleaning.

Perfect location for exploring the sites of Catania Firstly communication with Nicola is excellent he is very responsive . Secondly the accommodation is first class. Clean, well appointed, comfortable bed with good quality bed linen , a powerful shower and nice thick towels. Considering it is located on the main road leading to the Duomo it is remarkably quiet. Breakfast was pre-ordered from an app and then delivered to the room at the appointed time. Tbh not the best and we didn’t really enjoy it. It’s a pity as it looks like they have a kitchen and dining room. Other negative for some guests is that there is no lift and all rooms are on the 2nd Floor. Would definitely recommend The Dome if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Catania. We stayed in a royal double with balcony.

The Dome is conveniently located to Catania Central Square, restaurants and shopping. Also nearby are many of the City’s attraction such as the Duomo of St Agatha, the Fish Market, ancient ruins and other historical attractions. Our room was artistically decorated and comfortable. Nicola was always available to help us with any housekeeping, transportation and any other need that arose. Very professional and very clean.

Dome is in an absolutely fantastic location and our apartment felt very safe and also very quiet considering the central position. Our check in was easy and we were given some fantastic local intel from Nicola when he welcomed us to Done (his annotated map really helped us make the most of our stay!!) The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and well kitted out. I must say I was too short to reach a lot of the amenities in the kitchen which was quite a downside for me! The small kitchen is also lacking in a few basics like salt and pepper which was a big shame but easily remedied. The chairs in the apartment would definitely also benefit from a cushion, I found them uncomfortable and struggled to sit on them for any length of time which again is a minor issue and didn't detract from the overall quality of the room (which was fantastic). I really cannot stress enough how fantastic the location is, and the café just by the front entrance was also a lovely find. Hugely walkable, just be aware it is up quite a few sets of stairs if you have any mobility issues at all.

This was our last stay in Sicily & first visit to Catania. Stayed at the Dome for two nights with our kids, ages 14 & 11. Nicola who was our contact was fantastic. He was responsive & helpful with all of our needs. Hotel was in a great location & very clean. Would definitely recommend.

It was a wonderful stay. Nicola was very helpful and a gracious host. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many items to choose from and everything was delicious. The breakfast was delivered to our room each morning! It is in a great location. We would highly recommend this place.

Nicola, the owner, is fabulous. He generously answered all of our questions, arranged rides for us, oriented us to the city and generally became our friend. Our room was modern and spotless. It took us a while to realize that all power sources go off once you leave the room, so one must be prepared to plug in devices when in the room! The entire building has been built with sustainability in mind. The location is perfectly centered to the Duomo and fish market. We would absolutely recommend Dome!

The hotel is beautiful. Location is walkable to sites. Not far from the airport. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful.

This is a really good quiet place to stay. Nicola, the host, will look after you very well. It’s extremely comfortable and you won’t find a better location in Catania. I for one will be back.

The facility was great once you got into the room. I wish I had been informed that there is no visible sign of a room when you are dropped off in the alley! We called the hotel and we’re greeted on the curb and led into a nondescript bldg. a little terrifying at first.

We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that you could choose your breakfast from the menu to be delivered to your room. The location is really good, close to the main attractions. However, the room was not sound proof as was advertised and in fact we woke up every morning to the noise coming from the corridor. Also, the room was missing a cupboard for clothes. For hygiene, I would have liked the towels to be changed when they were left on the floor.

This is the second of two Dome Suites locations in Catana. It is in an old building, on a fairly rough street, but the rooms are less than one year old and ours was superb with modern materials and furnishings. We had an inner-courtyard room which was completely quiet. The host, Nikola, was completely accommodating and attentive. We were served an excellent a la carte breakfast in our room. The Dome is located close to all the main sights in Catana and just two blocks from the main square. The bed was a bit too firm for us, and there were quite a few stairs to climb, although Nikola was always ready to help with luggage. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Centrally located. Clean room. Amazing host.

DOMO isn’t your traditional hotel. More like corporate housing. That’s said, it was clean and very nice. The rub in the bedroom was huge and beautiful and a great way to relax. Location is great. Parking not available on site but having a car in downtown Catania is tough anyway! Nicolo the host of the property was excellent and super attentive. Check in was a breeze.

I stayed here with a friend and it was our first trip to Catania. Everything absolutely exceeded our expectations. The accommodations are stunning, centrally located and perfectly Sicilian. Nicola was so gracious, honestly a master of hospitality overall. The only negative is we wished we had stayed longer. Cannot wait to go back again. Highly recommend

A little tough to find at first, although there is a small sign on the door, it isn’t obvious what floor it’s on, as the building looks like a regular building, not a hotel. Once in though, it’s ver clean and spacious and allotted for a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful room in an interesting building. The location cannot be beat. Everything was new and sound proof from the busy street. Nicola was the best and arranged for my airport pick- up. Definitely a true find.
