We had an amazing time!!

Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were very flat down pillows. There is a sound machine in the room as well as a clothes steamer, two bonuses I appreciated. We could hear our neighbors if they so much as shifted in bed. However an entire half of the hotel backs right up to the metro AND train tracks- and they run. All. Night. Long. And trains honk horns. They did provide standard ear plugs, but if you have small ears, sorry about your luck. It was also ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY DOLLARS to park for two days. I just cannot stress enough that unless you train or metro in- prepare for the insane parking with no other close by options. There was also a hair in our shower that did not belong to us, and the water smelled like sewage. Very convenient to shops and bars and convenient to the metro lol. I am undecided if I would stay here again.

Checking in took longer than expected. Our room was right next to train tracks and you could hear everytime a train went by which was about every 5 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay at this Marriot hotel. The room was comfortable and walkin shower was especially appreciated for safety.

Great hotel. Staff was very nice!

We only were in town for one night. The hotel was very pretty. We did the valet parking which was the better choice for us. Room was clean. Beds were nice and clean. Our bed made was bit noisy when you moved around and got up but nothing that we couldn’t get passed it. You do have to pay for breakfast. So we opted to eat out when we checked out. We enjoyed they had water fountain/water bottle fillers. That’s a nice surprise. It is a nice hotel and do recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and the service was exceptional.

The room was clean and good. The hotel provided daily room service which is a rarity. There was a bottle water filling station - first time experience for me in a hotel. The hotel was conveniently located, within 3-4min of a Metro Station. A couple of inconveniences - the room backs to the railway tracks and get some sound when trains pass by, and there's no microwave in the room.

Staff were kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The bartender and wait staff were wonderful!

Marriot hotel was the he best. Great & friendly staff. Food in restaurant tasty.

This place was very nice. Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms were very clean. Did hear some noise from the train but didn’t my Effect sleeping. 10 min walk to union station love it. Would stay again

Don't like the fact that you have to pay for packing each day your there. Also couldn't even give us a microwave.

Room was very spacious, 2 Queen beds, close to metro station, staff very friendly, helpful & courteous, only bad thing would be that the rooms need more light, very nice neighborhood and safe area

Property is well-maintained. Really close to noma Washington which means north of Massachusetts St., NOMA was a neat little area. Unfortunately, after dark the area feels much less safe than it does in the daytime. Just outside the door there are people who are homeless, and there are others who appear homeless and on drugs. One block away, there was quite a bit of night issues, Didn’t really feel safe to walk anywhere after dark in this area because of that. Hotel staff were nice and kind, facility was very clean. It is right next to the train station, which makes it easy for riding the subway which I would highly recommend for getting around! We were on the eighth floor so the noise wasn’t as bad, it sounded more like a gentle thunder. I’m sure the other floors below us could hear train noise that was probably disturbing so if you do choose this hotel I would choose one of the higher floors

This Marriott was very nice. I'm happy that Expedia made arrangements here, when our original hotel booked...over booked and we were forced to have Expedia relocate us. The inconvenience was a hassle, but the outcome made up for it.

Excellent service and cleanliness. Excellent shower Could use better water pressure in bathroom sink. Could use complimentary coffee to go set up in lobby.

I was discriminated at this hotel by the staff. Breakfast is complimentary. I was charged 7 dollars for a meal. No microwave was in the room. The refrigerator was too small. The food was bad and the drinks overpriced.
