Loopafstand naar strip en centrum erg dichtbij! :) Giannis is een relaxte kerel die je precies uitlegt hoe en wat in Ayia Napa. Gelijk een gevoel dat je thuis bent. Fijn en schoon verblijf. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen! Balkon erg groot. Bedden perfect.

На Кипре уже третий раз, много были в других странах, но здесь понравилось больше чем где-либо!!!
Начиная от въезда до выезда - одни положительные эмоции!!!

Fantastyczne apartamenty, piękne widoki, doskonała komunikacja z właścicielem, który wytłumaczył nam od razu wszystko pierwszego dnia, zaznaczając na mapie miejsca warte odwiedzenia w okolicy., Komfortowe, czyste i przestronne pokoje , doskonałe miejsce wypadowe (oddalone nieco od samego centrum Ayia Napa) sprawiły, że mój pobyt był niezapomniany. Najbliższa plaża w zasięgu ręki, Nissi Beach 20 minut spacerem, dodatkowo umilały czas. Gorąco polecam to miejsce dla tych, którzy szukają relaksu i doskonałej atmosfery.
Dla milszego przywitania można by zostawić po butelce wody pitnej, nie zawsze każdy przywozi że sobą a na Cyprze wody z kranu się nie napijemy 🙂🙂

Wszystko było Ok, apartament czysty, zadbany i bardzo dobrze wyposażony (wszystko czego potrzeba). Świetna lokalizacja blisko sklepy, restauracje, centrum. Bardzo dobry kontakt z sympatycznym i pomocnym właścicielem.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was huge and the kitchen was very well equipped. We found everything we needed. Thanks Yannis for the good hospitality.

Comfortable bed, clean and enough space to put luggage etc. Well decorated. The staff and owners were friendly and accommodating.
Very close to town centre, but away from the noise so could have a quiet undisturbed sleep.

The location was great!
The apartments were perfect, especially for families.
The management and staff were lovely! They would help when and wherever they could. They were even so lovely to borrow us their own pram as we stupidly did not travel with one.
The entire complex was kept exceptionally clean.
I will and have been recommending this complex to everyone.

Quietness, always available free parking, comfortable bed, pool, very well kept garden with children playground, air conditioning functioned very well, the staff responsiveness.
It's a bit far from nice beaches, no elevator to the apartment, but overall nothing special bothered us.

Beautifully well kept and well equipped apartments, the gardens were a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Only a short walk to restaurants and bars. All staff were lovely helpful and friendly

In current political situation in Europe, it wasn't nice to hear so much Russian speaking inhabitants and the firs evening they were too loud.

Everything was great. Place is super clean and modern. Very Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Highly recommended spot.
FYI. There are 2 tv's in the apartment but selection of channels is very poor. There is no washing machine in the room. There is one outside (paid but only 3e)

Our stay here was better than we anticipated. The facilities were exactly as displayed in the advertisement. The owners were very attentive and were keen to make sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment is in a great location with an easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

Very clean. They clean every day, but we didnt need cleaning. Parking at the entrance. Heated floor (winter time), hot water. Oven, microvawe, toaster, water heater...well equiped kitchen.
If you hsve younger kids the outdoor space is top.
Good price- off season.
Seat at the dinner table have very smalll space.
I didnt like fake grass, but this is only my opinion.

This place is a steal. So close to everything. A 24 hour mini market 5 minutes walk away. Souvenier shops and lots of restaurants 5 minutes walk away. Nissi beach is 7 minute drive. Strip is 15-18 miute walk away. So location is great. This place also has everyday cleaning service which is mindblowing. The apartments are modern and property is extremely clean. Loved it.
Wish there was a hot tub for winter months, there is a swimming pool but don't think its heated.

The apartment was nicely organized, with many shelves and hooks, well-equipped kitchen, big fridge. Kids liked the pool, cute garden (even though the lawn is artificial), nice balcony view
The leading street to the apartment was quite busy with cars driving fast.
