Overall very clean with nice updates. Due to age of the building , the water could have been hotter but the room presents very well.
Would I come back, for sure!

Stay at Kettle Valley was wonderful. Property is well maintained and the outdoor seating area a bonus. Proximity to touring was perfect. Attention and availability of staff was stellar. AC was a touch loud and would have appreciated being able to open a window for a fresh breeze. However, this did not spoil the stay.

Location and amenities are good, we had everything we needed for a short stay. The kitchen and bathroom are quite small but have everything you need.

The room updates looked great and the accessibility to the lake and close by restaurants were the best thing about this hotel. The unfortunate drawbacks here were some cleanliness issues in the washroom, and the thinness of the walls as we had trouble sleeping due to the echos of a snoring neighbour.

Location was amazing, right across from the lake, close to coffee shops and restaurants. Quaint motel, recently renovated rooms, clean with self check-in. Only negative was the AC unit was super load, and the standard single room was quite small.

The staff were very personable. Easy to communicate with through text message. The room was clean and adorable. Very well decorated. The location cant be beat. Access to a sandy beach directly accross the street. Walking distance to the canal, tons of great restaurants and cute shops. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an emergency and couldn’t make our original dates. The staff was amazing to work with. This historic hotel has been renovated to just the sweetest place. Love there is a coffee shop that is next door. Sunset was amazing! I appreciated the ability to electronically check in to our room and texted instructions. We will be back.

This historic hotel has been renovated to just the sweetest place. Love there is a coffee shop that is next door. Our picture was taken on the lake directly across the street. Sunset was amazing! I appreciated the ability to electronically check in to our room and texted instructions. We will be back.

The staff was able to accommodate an early check in with our tight schedule to attend an afternoon wedding. We needed to get changed for the wedding after traveling, and the staff was able to have our room cleaned before check in. Thank you so much.

Really cute hotel, perfect location by the beach, convenient no contact check in.
The only issue was the beds weren’t great and the pillows were absolutely terrible.

Nicely renovated motel right across the street from the lake. Cute cottage style with a "front porch."

Clean, comfortable. Spacious enough for our family of 5. We visited with another and so having the duplex style set up was great as our friends were right next door. Outdoor fire pit/bbq area was nice. A kitchen table would have been helpful especially if we visited in colder weather but understandably there’s no real space to add one. Easy check in and out. No staff onsite so if there had been any issues I’m not sure how easy it would be to resolve but because we had no issues everything was great for us and we would definitely stay again.

Upon checking in, staff said they were available 24/7 but when we needed something, they said housekeeping was no longer on site and that we had to figure it out ourselves
Bathroom had a very small mirror and poor lighting. Would be helpful if a full length mirror was added!

Nicely renovated motel with everything you need and no pay parking. Room had a little kitchenette, living room, and bedroom and was comfortable, Easy checkin/out, and nice, responsive staff. A great location, across from beach and walking distance to all we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in Aug!

Excellent location, right across from the beach. Walkable and bike friendly. Nicely updated room. Clean and quite (stayed over Easter weekend), may be noisy in the summer months. All check-ins, check-outs and your questions are done thru text messaging, which is fast and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Very quiet stay for March in penticton. Room appeared to be freshly updated. It would have been nice if the rooms had headboards. The new Samsung smart frame tvs were a nice modern touch with the furnishings.

Great location on Lakeshore Drive. Beach across the road. Check-in is just with a code number provided via e-mail. Room has been improved recently. Still an old style motel. If you are going to an event at the SS Sicamous, as we were, it is a convenient room for the night.

We loved our 1 night getaway at KVBR. It was a great location across fom the lake and we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants in the area. We were only here 1 night but you could walk so many places from this location...main street, Vees game, and more! The asthetic is so cute and well maintained and help was just a text away. Parking was free right outside our door and keyless entry is very convenient! No keys to lose! I would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are updated and have all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff are helpful and communication was easy. Only issue, the beds in the 2 bedroom suite are a bit small for two people. But that's personal preference.

I’ve stayed there before in the summertime and it was fine but in the wintertime because the temperature outside was -20 the room never got warm. The small electric baseboard heaters were insufficient and we were cold all night since there were not enough blankets. Normally I would give a good review, but we were, disappointed that we were very very cold all night

The staff were very helpful. They maintained contact with text messages to provide check-in instructions and to see how our stay was after the first night. I appreciated that personal touch. We liked the renovations. It would be nice if they offered some rooms with King Beds might be our only criticism.
