Loved the location, room was very clean, easy check in and out.

Would have liked hangers in the room and a hook on the back of the bathroom door.

Great location. Quiet property. Comfortable bed. Reasonable rates.

There was nowhere to hang towels or wet clothing. The cold water taps only had very warm water so there was no drinking water. And the room could have used dish soap for the cups/glasses. I had to use hand soap.

This property is perfect for the overnighter or loosechange traveller. The bed was super comfy. The pillows provIde slumber. Coffee was good. Overall a great value for under $70.

Eventhough the rooms are renovated, there was some true bugs (harmless) around and some debris on floor and dust but overall past my bed bug inspection. I am assuming this place gets a fast turn over to fullfill maximum efficiency so don't expect any perks. As Check out is at 10:00am. Which I honestly don't understand considering the time it would take to actually clean these tiny units to be available for check in. Not a pleasant way to wake up to when the overall accomodation world provides an extra hour. Maybe housekeeping can take advantage of that extra 60 and thoroughly clean behind the beds. At this rate, granulated accumulation will only worsen.

I liked the contactless communication assuring me of my reservation details. The code to enter my room instead of a key was a nice bonus and the fact that we didn't have to check out in person was a nice surprise. I really liked the updated rooms, they were bright and modern.

There was only a canning jar of what looked like instant coffee. We would have preferred better quality and a local name on a pkg.

Location, right across the street from the beach. Sociale (coffee bar by day, wine bar by night) and Salty’s restaurant flank on both sides, both are great venues. AC works well, TV was user friendly, great water pressure to shower and lovely deck with fire pit to drink wine and gaze at the water. self checking but owners sent lots of emails to check on us.

The room itself lacks character and charm, no ambience at all. The owners did ask for direct feedback which I provided, seems like they want to address in planned upcoming refresh of rooms.

Staff were very attentive. Across the street from Okanagan lake. Very convenient location

WE only stayed for 3 nights. The only thing I felt I was missing was a few hooks to hang towels, coats or toiletry bags

Location is the best for the lake beach visitors. The rooms are comfortable and the size is proper. There is a kitchen in the room, not sure if all the rooms have it, and it is very helpful for families. There are nice patios featuring barbecue and tables and stools. The one at the front feels like seating at a beach view restaurant.

No towel or linen change unless one is staying for 7 days or more.
