- Etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Frühstück beinhaltet einen Großteil an Thai Gerichten - Sehr außerhalb gelegen. Wenn man in die Stadt fährt muss man zu den 30 Minuten Fahrtweg zusätzlich 30 Minuten Anfahrt des Taxis einplanen. Wir hätten uns einen Shuttleservice gewünscht.

A nice place, quiet. The room is spacious. The pool is quite small, but pleasant. You could do a bit of walking around.

Overall, the food (dinner and breakfast) was relatively mediocre compared to the rest in the resort. The breakfast choices were limited, a lot of the food was quite cold.

Breakfast was not up to standard. At 9:30am there was no more bread and yoghurt and no refill by staff. Hot food was as well already cold.

-no proper maintenance , the hotel itself is beautiful but it’s getting much older you can see that they did not put much value on maintenance. the bikes they offered are so old that some of them have broken the brake. -staffs weren’t trained properly , the staffs were very nice but there weren’t say hi to you whenever they see you unlike other hotels, their body language and so on. -there were so many mosquitoes, they should at least spray the area once a week for the safety of costumers. -the pool was too cold, most of the costumers that were staying at that time I was there weren’t using the pool because it was really cold. first of all it’s in the mountain it’s normal that water will be a bit chilly. Secondly it’s under the shade, I would highly recommend the place to put water heater in the pool.
