Very clean, quiet & safe neighborhood. Staff are very accommodating and helpful with our needs. Maisonette unit was spacious & comfortable with kettle, refrigerator, tv, microwave, water heaters, plates, glasses and utensils.

No water supply since we check in at 3pm till night time around 10pm. Circuit.break down around 12am and no water supply again

Don't give a room which is under maintenance

the pictures was different from the actual. i got the villa, the construction of the villa is good however there are a lot of missing things. it’s too plain for me. no plates or glasses, just cups for coffee… no flower vases.. they say it’s upon request, i even requested for water since there is none inside. it was a bit dull. and the windows, there was only shears, no curtains.. the main door don’t have curtains too.. the doors in villa has glass rectangular details which means they can see you inside from the corridor staircase and you can see the insides of the next room.. for me it’s not so pleasing since privacy is important.

Just the fact that the room sleeps 11 people.

Stayed for 5 days -I mentioned we have PWD that is on a wheelchair and gave us a room on a second floor so we needed to carry him every time. -the drain keeps plugging up -hot water in the sink but room temperature water in shower -they told me that housekeeping every single day, i asked for a room service got back to the room it was still dirty -they never replenish toilet paper/ toiletries -you have to ask for new fresh towels -no smoke alarm for safety -bed sheets were not changed -additional payment if you want microwave -no stove (they said for safety reasons) -squeaky bed very noisy -could hear dogs barking and roosters -the water system outisde disturbs your sleep in the middle of the night -door in the balcony won't lock, it was broken -some light were burnt

please put a bigger sign a bit of challenge to find the exact location an extra toilet tissue so no need to bother reception staff specially late at night

Breakfast is great and on time and location is suitable for those with own car.

The view and the style of the family room. The staff were friendly and accommodating.. you can easily make requests when needed.

I like the location, which has a lot of pine trees and makes you feel like you're in another country. Staff was extremely helpful and made every effort to accommodate my request as I was accompanying my elderly parents😊

it’s still new, coffee and hot chocolate was really good.

they lack some facilities mentioned in booking.com like electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and the outdoor furniture. ai had to pull a heavy chair from the wooden sofa set so I can sit outside to enjoy the morning sun with my coffee.
