Great location and good local amenities. The apartment was immaculate with every facility and the bed was very comfortable! Great bath and kitchen facilities.

We like the the apartment lots of space modern comfy very clean. We also liked that keys could be found in lockbox as we didnt have to wait on anyone dropping them off to us .

The hot water wasnt hot enough for long we tried a couple of times to run a bath and it ran cold after about two minutes each time which wasnt good the tv had no channels as there was no signal so had to watch netflix for three days and also the heating wasnt too good as could only put it on for 4 hours at a timeand woke up freezing.

There was no phone signal whatsoever.

My bad rating results from a series of annoying experiences I made with this reservation. In short: o wrong access code for key box, o disintegrated fob (electronic device for door opening), o totally jammed fire door, o open freezer door with massive ice production, o very limited view out of the windows (close-by wall), o close-by busy road, o need to send copies of identity papers and of credit card, o confusing reservation structure with two agent companies and one booking supplier, non of them on-site or close-by, preventing problems to be solved quickly. After our trip, the British agent company Primero, which was my contact in the UK, apologized deeply for the problems my wife and had experienced and proposed to set up better procedures to avoid something similar in the future. We agreed that in situations like this, it would be advantageous to have a contact person close to the site or someone knowing personally about the site specifics. The exchange after the trip was very friendly and open, and I got the impression that the views of cutomers really matter to them and that they are open to make necessary changes in their processes.

its incredibly stylish but cosy . felt like home. absolutely recommend. has all you need for a lovely trip away and a good price!! staff very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was really lovely decorated and fresh, really lovely space to be in. Was great to have some private outdoor space also.

A little loud next to the road if you have the windows open but wouldn’t put me off booking again
