We stayed at the Queen Suite, excellent room size and services. Staffs are more then friendly, really helpful! The location is very near the best beaches of Puglia! Love the stay and will be back soon!

We had an amazing 3 night stay. The staff / service was the best we had in our 3 weeks Italian vacay. Grazie to Yvan, Salvatore and Francesca who made our stay so special. The beach 5 minutes away is mind blowing for walks and just soaking up the immense view. Pool, room , bikes all great. The food excellent. We even had all our amazing dinners there ( set menu 4 services for 35euro / was nice to be taken care of and not bother with restaurants, menu etc... ). Book this place with no hesitation

Unfortunately we booked deluxe junior suite based on photos only expected marble steps leading to upstairs bedroom however that led to spiral metal stairs higher than shown in photo. Not suitable for elderly guests

Amazing pool specially for young children. Very modern accomadation and clean. Menu was fantastic for dinner. Nice staff very willing to help. and good experience in the spa and massage. I strongly reccomend for a family to enjoy Otranto.

The location so close to the beach was a big plus point. Food was fair and site is functional and would be improved with better furniture and umbrellas. Great for young families Convenient for Otranto

We loved our three nights at Mongio Dellefante. The property is very small, quiet and cozy (probably 12 rooms or so). All rooms have a small outside area - good to hang out after dinner. Staff was great (specially Francesca and Ivan) and always concerned that we were having a good time and enjoying everything. The swimming pool is very nice, and there is a small beach very close to the Masseria. Otranto is biking distance and definitely worth seeing. We had dinner at the Masseria three times and the food and the wine were always delicious.

The staff was amazing! So accommodating to any needs whether it was a late dinner to daily requests!

I would recommend installing mosquito nets: we had to switch AC on because of mosquitos but the temperature did not require it - it would have been lovely to keep our windows open. also there was a dead roach outside of the dining area entrance - I would have expected it removed promptly which did not happen.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO BE. NICEST STAFF. DELICIOUS FOOD. CLOSE BY TO ALL THE BAY TOWNS IN THE AREA. I RECOMMEND TAKING THE BICYCLE FOR A AROUND IN THE SURROUNDING FIELDS.

The location is perfect for people who look for a quiet place near the beach, away from the hustle and bustle. It is only a 3-4 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and a 10-minute drive to Otranto. The room was spacious and nice, perfectly clean. The breakfast is clearly better than the Italian average in similar hotels, products were of a very good quality. The pool was clean and nice, staff very friendly. Dinner was good, but not extraordinary. Great restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive from the hotel.

The bed (lath floor and mattress) was OK, but could be of a better quality. No bar for cocktails or similar. Not big points, though.

We liked the location very much. It's rural and peaceful but still near enough to towns of Otranto and Lecce. There are many beautiful beaches nearby, nearest is just 10 min. wonderful walk away, the famous Baia de Turchi. We cycled around the area up to the Alimini Beach and lakes. The staff was always helpful, especially Ivan who seemed to be always available to help. A very good resort for families.

Due to Covid restrictions, the buffet breakfast was a bit chaotic at times. Improvement can be made by more staff serving and orders for cooked & prepared food to be written down. Food choices on the dinner menu can be more and varied.

Rooms were clean and the surrounding gardens and grave vines were beautiful. The food was excellent, and the staff were extremely professional and helpful. The hotel also has a very nice pool. I also very much appreciated having a little kitchenette in the room. The property is located just a few minute’s walk from Baia dei Turchi beach. There are two grocery stores just on the main road (10 min max walking). This is great place to stay for easy access to Otranto while still being outside the city. Highly recommend. Try to get one of the rooms facing north toward the gardens and grape vines.

Really everything was great but my room - despite being very clean and extremely functional - was a bit sterile in terms of decor. A coffee maker in the room would have been fabulous!

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Ivan who was an excellent host, offering us coffee/ drinks and a table for lunch. This is exactly what you need when arriving somewhere in the heat and it’s really noticeable when others don’t offer this. We loved everything about the place - we were upgraded to a large suite, with a lovely private terrace, the pool was fantastic, the beach a 5 min walk away, the breakfast was outstanding and abundant. Staff were so welcoming and nothing too much trouble. We felt so at home here and really didn’t want leave. I can’t recommend this place enough. We walked to a local restaurant nearby that became the best restaurant we’d visited in Puglia. All in all, Elefante has got it absolutely right in terms of creating a welcoming, homely atmosphere in a beautiful setting with wonderful food and a real taste of Puglia.

The only thing we felt could change is the fact you couldn’t use the pool until 10am. It would be great if you could have a morning or evening dip.

Attentive and friendly staff, helpful without being intrusive. Very easy access to a great beach. Good seafood dinners. Easy to get to with a car.

Manager/receptionist (Ivan) was always extremely helpful. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Rooms very clean and comfortable. They even had bicycles to explore the area. It was small and intimate.
