The location is excellent and the apartment of a very good size - we will want to hire it again.

Distance to the beach! Very nice normal apartment. There is everything what you exactly need. Nice bedrooms and great huge livingroom. Great contact with the owner.

No wifi signal in badrooms, but I'm not sure if that is a disadvantage ;)

It is a well situated property with plenty of space. All the facilities are good.

There was an an intermittent strong smell of drains in the bathroom.

mattress and bedding could be better and horrid smell in bathroom ,

The host/owner was excellent guy and met us outside the property and explained things very well and showed us what is in the property. Also showed us map and bus routes etc which made things easier for us. The property is right on the beach, we already knew it does not overlook the beach but you come out of the door and you are on the beach. The beds were comfy. however, I am not sure about sofa bed. The rooms were nice and good size. The living room and dinning room was also very good size so our family had comfortable stay and were not on top of each other. There are two supermarkets and loads of restaurants to eat out and everything you need is at the doorstep. The main bus stop is also very close (only 10-12 minutes walk). Overall it was a good stay.

Where the property is, the beach is mostly for surfers and bit rough. You should walk 5-6 minutes to reach the other side which has more calmer beach and it is lovely. Unfortunately, the property had very bad sewage smell which just wont go. You will have to keep the windows open most of the time to get rid of it. Certainly it was not host fault but seems to be pipes connected for all other flats and caused it? Lift broke down about twice so it was challenge sometimes to go up/down after a long day. The pictures of flat must be bit old but in reality it was dated and could do with updating. One suggestion to owner is to get hoover it will make things bit more easier. Also could do with more bowls for breakfast etc and laundry detergent was only for one washing up :(

Everything was perfect, the apartment is just as it appears on the pictures. It is comfortable and clean, located right on the beach. Thank you Nestor and Pedro for your help and hospitality! Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is lovely, just by the beach, very comfortable and big. I would definitely stay again.
