This is an exceptional place to stay and I have been travelling around Thailand for nearly 30 years. I cannot fault this resort in any way.

The family and I loved everything about this place. The pool was even better then the photo shows, the rooms/bungalows were great for a family . The staff were great and goes out of their way to help you and as an added bonus , you can pick a bike to use for FREE

The beds were just a bit hard

Very cozy and Thai authentic place. All houses and cafe made from real teac wood. All facilities are up to date Nice garden. Perfect breakfast. Very polite and friendly staff.

I liked the cabins with the nice woodwork and the retreat area with a beautiful pool. Everything is very esthetic, from decorations with flowers, to the lights around the pool in the night, the Breakfast is exceptionally good. Staff is very good, but they could be a little more talkative which would have given the retreat a more familiar atmosphere (almost only the owner was the one who talked).

it’s a little off the track - far away from the city and other services. I don’t know as it’s a retreat, there should be offer of massage that the godets could book and so do e from outside could give massage. I think there might be people who would pay for learning how to cook a few Thailandese dishes. I’m a summary, I lack of more activities when staying there.

This place is so beautiful! We stayed for two nights during Thai holidays, guests included Farang and Thai families, and everyone was very quiet and respectful during our stay. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms very functional. The TV is ridiculously small, it doesn't make sense having any it at all. The swimming pool is huge, with plenty of play balls to keep kids (us) entertained. It's cleaned every morning. There's also plenty of high quality sun loungers to use. The breakfast is high quality with enough variety so as not to get bored, but it can take a while to arrive if they're busy. The area is completely safe and we were happy leaving our place unlocked. The staff are very hospitable and always on hand.

I waited around an hour for breakfast on the first day, but it was a Thai holiday weekend and they were at full capacity, so it wasn't completely unexpected.

paradise, all one could hope for in a relaxing holiday

This place is an oasis! From the carefully manicured lawns to the kind and utterly amazing staff everything is just perfect! The bungalows are cozy and although not immense, perfectly comfortable. We liked it so much we canceled another booking just to come back here! Their high ratings are totally deserved. P.S. treat yourself with some of the best thai food ever at Tao Lek, just 100m from the resort.

A little bit off the touristic hustle and bustle, but who wants that anyways!!!

Nice place, very well maintained and beautiful garden and pool. Free bikes are good to explore the area.

If you don't have a car is a bit far to visit Hua Hin but they have a good taxi service.

classical beautiful Thai architecture in small separate bungalows set in a tropical garden. Excellent breakfast!!! Good with 20 pool fir exercise. very friendly and positive staff. Cycles for free.

Nothing begative!

I have absolutely no idea what I didn't like. I was expecting somewhere a little commercial but this place was probably run by a very friendly family and the villa, pool, landscaping, breakfast and all that was there were just perfect. It was very clean and quiet. If you like small, quiet, friendly and a personal touch to your stay, this would be the place. It is not meant for those looking for big commercial hotels.

You can't see the sea from here but they offer free bicycle rentals which you can use to cycle to the beach, or just walk. It's about 500m away. The sea isn't those with coral reefs or for snorkeling but nice to grab an evening beer.

Really Kind people and a great Resort with Lots of nice Details - a lovely relaxing place, especially for Our 1 year old daughter!

Lovely grounds, pool, breakfast and staff.The bikes were useful. It is very quiet but not too far to go and do things, if that is what you want.

We had a double bungalow and the double bed was very hard, the single beds were fine.

Ppol was fantastic, so was the garden

bungalows are somewhat run down already & very small . Also it would be nice to have a fan on the balcony as otherwise its almot impossible to use it in the evenings due to mosquitoes

Amazing staff, very clean rooms

During peak hours it's impossible to get a taxi at the hotel. The hotel badly needs a shuttle service to the main road at least.

This was a lovely, well kept resort with gorgeous gardens and a big clean pool. The food from the cafe was very good and decent prices one the lunch menu. Staff were very accommodating and always smiling. It's a bit of a walk (10 - 15mins) to the beach and there are limited food options open for dinner, but you can borrow bicycles for free which makes it very quick to get to the beach and to more restaurants. Would stay again.
