It’s good 4 stars hotel beach front (nude beach) however some services are missing like basic goods in the room and no Iron or Iron table in the whole hotel.

Very nice hotel room, amazing rooftop pool view and right next to the beach

This hotel is awesome. If you plan to go to the pool and beach, this place is incredible, but a bit of a hassle to get in and out of downtown Barcelona.

The hotel is very nice, clean, modern. Our flight got delayed due to weather so we called to inform the hotel. They do not attempt to help you out and not charge for the unoccupied night. When asking the front desk for ice they made it clear that for every amenity you have to pay. My husband and I travel often and this hotel was just the most unaccommodating. Everything black and white. LOCATION. Unless you just plan on staying near the hotel, do not book this place. It’s far from everything and the taxi, Uber, and Cabify drivers all hate coming to this side of town. We found it hard getting around. The area near by the hotel is grimy and ran down.

Staff was rude at times. The water in the shower was not hot enough. It was so far from the city it was hard to get transportation.

I am a travel agent and I usually don’t put reviews on things but I was a bit disappointed about this hotel. We got off a cruise in the morning and check in wasn’t until 2pm which is fine we arrived at hotel and I asked if we can leave our bags at hotel which you can do at every hotel when we walked up the front desk there was no hello or smile and when I asked the male receptionist to leave the bags he didn’t seem happy. Then because I knew we would have to wait around all day for check in I asked if we can go up to the pool deck to buy some food and chill out it was a simple question and he rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed, if he just said no sorry you can’t that would of been fine but there was no need for him to react like that just from a simple question. Then after waiting we got into our room it smelt like cigarettes and the smell didn’t go away the whole 4 days we stayed. The phone also was broken so we couldn’t get room service I went to front desk and told them they said they will get someone to have a look and no one ever contacted us or fixed it so we couldn’t get any room service. Also the aircon only went down to 21 degrees and the room was hot. Even though it’s little things it makes a difference, I’m a very understanding person and if there was just some better communication and a nice welcome it would have been better, we chose that hotel out of a lot of other options and paid a lot money so would have been nice to get better service.
