Hotel is very clean and staff is super helpful - Breakfasts are really good and varied. Bar had some very decent food and the staff was accommodating when requesting some things that we needed late at night

Location is a bit far away, so you need to go via bus most likely, which can get a bit tricky late at night. Because of the location as well the winds were fairly strong and combined with frozen ground and snow it felt a bit dangerous getting in or out.

The Clarion pier is a beautiful hotel, very clean comfortable and new. Excellent Breakfast and great view of the city and harbour. We found it great value for money, and the staff were really helpful and informative.

Not really a negative, this hotel is located away in a quiet area from the city centre but has quick and easy transport to the Gotenburg city centre, 8mins by bus and the stop is very close to the hotel. Don’t let the location put you off this is a very nice hotel.

La colazione era davvero ottima e variegata, con tantissime opzioni salate per gli le preferisce come me. Sicuramente una bella struttura e doccia moderna ed enorme (almeno nella mia stanza). Possibilità di pagare servizi direttamente dal sito.

Di sicuro una migliore gestione del minibar e date le dimensioni della colazione e della struttura credo che qualche piccola chicca come un assaggio di benvenuto non gli costi nulla con tutto il cibo gestito giornalmente.

Tout est parfait … si vous voulez connaître une piste possible l’ambiance très cosy de la chambre peut parfois sembler un peu sombre pour travailler sur le bureau.

The location was great (riverside, Lindholmen). The hotel has plenty of lounge/common areas for working and relaxing. Everything looks new and fresh. Overall the experience was the same or better as in much higher-end (expensive) hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The people at the reception welcomed us very friendly and warmly. The bed was incredibly comfortable.Definitely a very clean room. The hotel is clean.Very close to the center. 2 stops by bus. The view is legendary.Breakfast variety is sufficient.Also, since there is YouTube on TV, we were able to watch our own country's channels on TV. If I come to Gothenburg again one day, I will definitely stay here again.

Modernes Hotel, schön Eingerichtet

Achtung Economy Zimmer sind ohne Fenster !! Leider war das Personal sehr unaufmerksam und nicht sonderlich kundenorientiert. Check in ist keine Minute vor 15 Uhr möglich , auch um 14:50 Uhr nicht. Die Zimmer sind leider dennoch nicht richtig sauber und auch am Aufenthaltstag werden nur die Betten gemacht. Das Frühstück ist super, allerdings auch hier unaufmerksames Personal und gerade am Wocheende sehr voll und chaotisch

In dem Bett lässt es sich hervorragend schlafen (ich habe vergessen nach den Kissen zu fragen 😂) Ebenso ist das Frühstücksbuffet und der Service aller angetroffenen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter hervorragend

Dusch dörren var sne så när man skulle duscha behövde man vara försiktig med att stänga dörren för den va gjord av glas och slog emot.

Clean hotel in the renovated and modern area of Göteborg. Despite being quite distant from city center there is a lot of transport opportunities nearby (bus, ferry) so it’s not a problem. Our room was clean and cozy and we were enjoying stay there. The breakfast was very good, complete with different options. The rooms also have teapots and free tea and coffee.

A hit deceptive approach with mini bars: they put a bottle of wine on top of the fridge and it feels like free present, but it actually cost a lot: like 4 times more than price of this wine in supermarket (and one needs search in the room to find the price list). We ended up not drinking it luckily, but it really feel like a trap, rather than a hospitality.

Really nice, fresh hotel. I liked the location, which has a cool vibe in a tech area of Göteborg. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was really, really good! Staff friendly and helpful. Price was good. I would definitely stay here again!

Parking garage was a little "weird". It cost 250 for the night, but staff was flexible and let me stay even after my check out - as I had a meeting to attend to.

Schönes modernes Hotel. Ansprechende Einrichtung und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück, mit viel Auswahl. Sehe gute und ruhige Lage, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.

Das Zimmer war viel zu dunkel und leider war unser Zimmer auch nicht wirklich gut gereinigt. Da erwarte ich mehr.

This is a brand new, modern hotel, on an up-and-coming area of Gothenburg. Away from the main City Centre, but easy to get to via public transport or driving. I was visiting the Volvo Car Museum and so the location was perfect. There is plenty of car parking opposite (which is pay by app, and cheaper than the hotel's parking garage, but be aware you can only park in certain areas, which the hotel staff made clear to me). The rooftop bar is cool with an amazing view across the river to the city and the bridge. It was a very comfortable hotel and the staff were very friendly.

It was rather expensive, but then there was a Coldplay concert on while I was there. The parking garage is limited space and as we didn't prebook (didn't know I needed to), there wasn't space.

Easy to find, great reception and help. Good breakfast, nice rooftop bar. The room was very clean.

The quilts in bed were too warm, they should put thinner ones in the closet for people like me who like a cool bed.

Nothing really

This hotel is truly puzzling in its supposed 4-star status and the abundant positive reviews it has received. While I acknowledge that my stay coincided with a busy period, I find it hard to accept this as an excuse. Last year, during the same bustling timeframe, I lodged at another hotel without encountering such issues. The room itself is remarkably compact, with even the closet resembling an open partition rather than a proper storage space, no room safe. There is no phone within the room. Instead, guests are expected to dial an external number from their own phones, an endeavor that becomes costly due to international roaming charges. The call eventually connects to the reception, yet regrettably, my attempts to reach someone often went unanswered. The staff's explanation that they prioritize customers physically present at the reception is candid, but it doesn't alleviate the frustration. The quality of breakfast falls short of expectations and I am at a loss as to why it garners such praise. The restaurants' tables are visibly unclean during breakfast hours, and the service leaves much to be desired in terms of efficiency. Despite the presence of several unoccupied tables, they remained uncleared, subjecting us to an extended wait before we could be seated. The hotel's location is another drawback, situated on the opposite bank of the river within an industrial zone that is notably distant from the city center. Although a boat can be used for transportation, it hardly proves practical for daily commuting needs. My experience with laundry services was equally lackluster. I found myself compelled to collect my clothes in person, and to exacerbate matters, the accompanying bill was misplaced, necessitating an estimated calculation. Room service, though provided, is far from flawless. It has become almost customary to encounter stray bed linens and items on the floor post-cleaning.

The shower backed up and flooded. The hotel claims there is parking, but in reality you need to pay for parking up the road and cleave your car outside in a lot away from the hotel.

Incorrect info regarding hight of parking garage, Had to go and check myself, resturant closed for two days in a row, alternative in bar serves food in cardboard boxes. When restaurant is open, no dogs allowed even though hotel claims to be dog friendly Area is remote (no food options) and. not safe to park your vehicle outside. Two guests got there motorcycles stolen when we were there. This is why I was dissapointed with being told the wrong hight of the parking garage as we actually could have parked there from the beginning.
