The room was really incredible. The most beautiful room I've stayed in. It is exactly like on the pictures: big windows and incredible view on the valley. It was super clean, I've never seen a hotel room that clean in India. The staff was very friendly. It was well located, just near the clock tower. Also great to have a kettle.

Unfortunately my shower was broken so the staff told me I had to bath with the tap and the bucket. But at least there was hot water. It was also cold in the room as there is no heater.

The bed warmer was a great comfort.

The furniture needs replacing.

Room location

Foul smell. Wash room flow of Tap water not checked before check in. Mosquito inside the room bcz no ambiance,No mineral water bottle, provided with only RO water. Chargeable mineral water bottle of local production. That too higher than MRP. PLUS ABOVE ALL THE PRICE DIFFERENCE ON UR ONLINE OF THE SAME DATE.

The location is bad. The rooms are overpriced compared to the ones available near governor house.

The view from the Room was nice. Had a comfortable stay.

The hotel doesn't have a lift facility...
