The ambience and behaviour of the staff

Stairs and have to call the reception for turning on the geyser.

Supply of hot water.

It is highly overpriced and too high. Almost 40 + stairs which is very tough for any one to climb 2 /3 times a day.

After giving more than 4000 perday If you didnt bath due to non funtioning of gyser.. I have to travel with family from 8am to 12midnight till i reach kolkata without bath in morning.due to gyser. Bad arrangments Bad behaviour of staff No body attending from 7am to 8am Didgusting I will think booking .com is incapable. Because last time when i went there 10 years back all was good.

The location is excellent, 2 mins to the Darjeeling mall. Staff is very well trained and professional and know how to treat their guests well. I would particularly mention Vikram at the reception who made sure all my requirements are taken care of. I am very happy to see that even after so many years in the business, Dekeling has not lost its touch and charm.

Nothing as such. I would suggest they can add a dental kit and include coffee in their in-room beverages
