The comfiest bed on our travels so far. Staff were great. Lovely pool & location is close to great beaches. 3 minutes walk to restaurants in Karon.

Nothing out stay was 10/10.

Really clean. Very close to Karon beach. Has showers outside so you can clean the sand off you after the beach. Close to restaurants and clinic so great location. Reasonable price for what you get. Rooms a little small but has everything you need.

The breakfast wasn't good at all. Very limited options. No cooked breakfast. Astonishingly expensive for what you get. I wouldn't let this put you off though. There are plenty of nice places to eat nearby. If you decide to stay here I would suggest not getting breakfast here and going elsewhere. There are some lovely places in patong

Everything! We initially booked 2 nights here and extended to 5 nights! Located in Karon beach and walking distance to restaurants and the beac. Very convenient with small kids. The breakfast was ok, live egg station and hit meals provided but could get tiring after a week

Need to work on cleaning the apartment. The cloth the room service team used was smelling. Many Russians stay in this building and can be grumpy at times. The bathroom doesn’t have an actual door. The shower door doubles up as a bathroom door which is strange. There isn’t proper insulation so when taking a shower the entire floor gets wet. We going this a bit frustrating. The balcony in the family rooms are small and there is no drying rack to dry clothes. This was a bit challenging after pool/ beach trips

lovely hotel! Checked into the hotel quickly. The hotel is new and not far from Karon beach. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good. In the evening you can dine in the restaurant if you do not want to go to the city. Near the hotel there are many different restaurants and cafes where you can eat tasty and not expensive. I recommend this hotel to everyone for a great vacation!

it’s very new, nice rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows, location is nice as well. 7eleven is nearby and the walk to the beach is as well quick and easy.

no seat cushions on the balcony (exclusively in Superior King Room, more expensive rooms have everything you need), and the bench itself is actually for drying clothes, so it’s uncomfortable to sit on without any cushions. Also our less expensive room had balcony facing the street where tuktuk drivers were very noisy: bursting very loud music with extreme bass, we could feel that bass all the time (night or day) laying in our comfortable bed even with closed windows.

The staff was really friendly. The room is nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The gym was well equipped and everything is still brand new.

The wifi was not really good. It lost connection a few times or was really slow. The breakfast was okay but not much variation.

stayed for 8 nights, staff where friendly and helpful, room was always cleaned everyday with fresh towels and water. room has beach towels to use at the beach/pool. excellent modern hotel in karon beach.

All staffs were so friendly and helpful.My son was sick at night,one staff offered to go to pharmacy to buy medicines for us.Thanks a lot.

I have booked 2 king deluxe rooms in advance more than a month but when we arrived we got 2 twins rooms instead.(Of course paid with deluxe rate)I went to complain to receptionists but they said the hotel has fully booked. They cannot do anything 😡

- Location is nearby the beach & the market - good housekeeping - supportive staff - seema like a new hotel and has a plan for expansion. - lobby is comfortable

- cold water has chlorine, while the hot water was reddish (due to oxidized iron i think). - no much choices on breakfast - took 1000 bht for insurance (returned on check-out) - room not that wide (285 ft2) but justifed by the price. - TV not that smart (no youtube or localcast option)

Location - 2 mins walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants, bar, café nearby, 7/11 was amazing. Hotel - new, modern clean and quiet. Thanks for the welcome drink. Swimming pool - small and quiet. Maybe everyone went to the beach lol lol Staff - super amazing. We met Ameree, he was super sweet.

No place to hang/dry our beach towels . Maybe we paid for a small room so we didn't get a line to dry our wet towels? Well, next time...

I really liked my room and the hotel in general. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and new. The service is on point. I really liked the pool area too. Generally not much to tell - I really liked the room, i think it’s flawless.

sometimes there was some weird smell from the bathroom, but it was not strong, so not a big deal for me.

The room is clean, and you have everything that you need (gym, pool, restaurant, and laundry). Great location, just a few minutes to the beach.

A great addition in the future would be a beach basket (eg. two extra blankets/towels).

Great location, near the beach. Bed very big and comfortable, good breakfast. Free water everyday, instant coffee with creamer everyday available in the room.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel for its price. Modern and stylish with each precise detail (branded cups, soap dispenser, beach bag, umbrella, rubber slippers). Deluxe room is truly spacious with 4 working places (!!!), large bathroom, wide sofa. Balcony with a great view on the lake. Really king-size bed, very soft with comfortable pillows. Great working zone at reception. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff. Pleasant location - 2-3 minutes to the beach, 24/7 supermarket nearby, massage and streetfood. 10/10, best choice, must have, no-brainer :)

Hotel is only 1.5mths old. So everything is new from the smell the moment you enter the lobby to the swimming pool,gym,rooms,towels. 5 star service by the staffs (Miw the bellboy,Momay the bartender and Ning the always smiling friendly concierge). Close to the blue clean Karon Beach,7-11,massage,foodtrucks within 5-7mins walk. Motor rental on the right of the hotel walk through the small alley(3mins walk). Plenty of parking spaces for those driving as im driving from Singapore! Kata beach about 10mins by tuk2 (200 baht). Patong area about 15m-20mins by tuk2 (400baht). Standards and service of a 5 star hotel i would say. Regret for the short stay but will sure repeat the next time im coming to Phuket. Please dont look any further and book this hotel right away, you wont regret. 200% recommended if you guys are looking for a affordable price hotel yet 5 star service.
