El apartamento está completo y muy agradable. El centro a un paseo y a unos minutos de los hospitales. El acceso al apartamento con el código fue perfecto, me creaba un poco de incertidumbre que no te envíen el número de habitación hasta las 3 de la tarde que es la hora de entrada, pero a las 3 en punto me lo enviaron. Me gustaría para más tranquilidad tener este dato un poco antes. Nos gustaron mucho los detallitos a la llegada.

From booking to check-in and departure, the staff was always helpful and responsive. This is a perfect example of how one can use technology like their app to make things efficient, and yet a real person with human touch is easy to reach and address our requests right away. Their pre-check in process is facilitated by a website and they have an app that you use to enter the property and room, but the technology never makes the experience impersonal. The room was comfortable even with the pull-out sofa bed open, which was very easy to set up. The property is at the northwest edge of Parque Yamaguchi, with a nice view of the park from our balcony. It is a nice walk to the university and also to the center of town. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again when we return.

Not an issue but just a suggestion: maybe for longer stays like four nights or more, the welcome packet can include more pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. Although in fairness, I think all we had to do was ask and they probably would have given us extra. Also a slightly larger pot would be nice, it makes cooking pasta for 3-4 people a bit easier.

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este alojamiento y, además de su buena ubicación, hay que destacar la limpieza del mismo, de las habitaciones, la facilidad a la hora de hacer el check in (llave digital sin necesidad de recepción) y la comodidad de las habitaciones. Y también la tranquilidad del lugar. Sin duda volveremos.

La ubicacion excelente las vistas fantasticas

Trato persona a persona cuando hubo inconvenientes, como cortes de electricidad en más de una ocasión, cambio de un artefacto defectuoso. La automatización mola cuando todo funciona, cuando no ocurre te sientes muy frustrado

Das Apartment war relativ neu und gut eingerichtet. In der Nähe waren Restaurants, Bars, ein Etroski Supermarkt. Ich habe mich in der Wohngegend und im Apartmenthaus wohl gefühlt. Nach drei Tagen wurde das Apartment gereinigt.

Nur zwei Punkte: 1. Es gab einen Stromausfall, der aber relativ schnell behoben wurde. 2. Es war keine Toilettenbürste vorhanden.

Muy buen situado para visitar la ciudad o ir a la Clínica como era mi caso. Está justo al lado del parque, con supermercados y diferentes bares y restaurantes al rededor.

El sofá cama muy incómodo. Salto la alarma de incendios a las 22:30 y tardaron en avisarnos que todo estaba bien ( tuvimos que desalojar todo el edificio). A las 22:00 de la noche, la televisión se queda sin volumen. No logramos entender el porqué

Ok apartment was almost new and building also.

If you look pictures you will see terrace. Thats why i booked this apartment. In real life you will not have access to terrace - its only open from 10-18 in workdays and sunday to 16 and saturday to 17 and you need to ask someone from staff to open it. In real life - this is university town so if you are in pamplona you are usually out for day and you want to sit in terrace in the morning and in the evening. So actually you dont have access 🤣. I was staying 3 nights and had 5 minutes on final day (you dont see anybody in the house and there are no signs what says that if you want to use terrace then do this or that). You need to call and ask someone to let you in. Another weird thing: checkout was 11am and 10.38 one lady who speaks only spanis knocked on door and show watch and said that you must leave. I was standing like stupid - time wasnt 11 at all.

New, modern apartment with easy parking. There was also a washing machine which was great after 10 days travel.

The e-mail and the help desk works very well.

#1: The Libero parking area is too small. My Volkswagen Multivan is too large to drive inside the garage with others cars parked. Even I had asked help to my family, to go outside the car, it was impossible to drive the car inside the Libere Parking area. It is too small space. Maybe the Libero Garage is fantastic for bikes and motobikes and rate good for litle cars like smart and Fiat 500. During our stay in Libero Apartment, we did not used used the garagem and our car was parked at the street. During the night, the police gave me one 30 EUR ticket... #2: It is not possible to share the smartphone with TV Screen. The TV only acept the sound. Not the image.

Very clean, very comfortable. Fantastic location for us. Online concierge was very helpful.

There were ants in the kitchen area.

Electronic entrance system that didn’t work. Offered 8 euros for the inconvenience of not being able to access the building, which was refused. Took 2 hours to get a reply on the phone. People on phone did their best, but hopeless service.

Good location, good for small groups.

Not that comfortable for big groups or long stays, we stayed 6 days and we never had cleaning service.

check in electronic system is abominable. The parking situation is very bad. Difficult to obtain and the site has a terrible access and not enough space for medium size cars. Too much reliance on Q codes

This was a very clean and modern apartment next to a plaza with good restaurants and bars with a nearby supermarket and close to Comino route

Very automated check in and check out(all email and internet). I had a issue with my phones data and therefore did not get the check in email and was unaware of the emails asking to checkout. I was appreciatative of their help person who got us in, I guess I am just saying if you have a tech issue it will be harder to enter and leave. Not a dealbreaker just a fun little travel bug

Code for entry did not work for me. I had to buzz the intercom - they were very helpful. Check in and check out did not work for me on the machines in the lobby, nor online

Location is awesome, room was new and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. We stayed short time but I would have selected this also for a months stay - it’s perfect for these short term rents. Check-in is super easy, electronic key always works perfectly.

Parking is a little more complicated and maybe it could be better explained how the garage is available.
