The property security is good. Need the door access card for lift, entrance, and gate door. Location is reasonable. The bridge sea view from 21st floor is nice.
(1) The cleanliness need to be improved. Especially, the master bedroom bed cover was dirty. Overall apartment cleanliness was not good, the 3-room ceiling fans were dirty. Some of the kitchen appliances and plates were oily as if not being washed properly. (2) The living hall carpet was dirty and dusty. (3) Unfortunately, one incident happened during our stay was the master bedroom’s ceiling fan cover suddenly fell down on bed while working. This was so dangerous if it hit anyone of us. The person-in-charge came to apartment to see the incident and replaced the master bedroom cover. They mentioned to get someone to fix the ceiling fan problem after we left. We worried what if other ceiling fans fell down and hit us while sleeping. Hence, that night we had no choice to turn on the bedrooms’ aircon to sleep. The most upset thing is the person-in-charge didn’t even apologise for such dangerous incident happened, but only mentioned that will get someone to fix the ceiling fan issue. Overall, It seems bad maintenance for apartment condition. Honestly, we’re quite disappointed for our stay experience there.

Spectacular views! Very large-sized unit, easy self-check-in process, clean & quiet. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Just a few minutes' walking distance to 7-11, several restaurants, etc. Close to Queensbay, great shopping experience, they have everything you need. Overall great experience, thank you very much!

The view was fantastic, and we woke up every morning to see the sun rise. The place is also very clean and new. I'm so glad that they allowed pets - my pets really enjoyed the stay too! Host was very responsive and provided a lot of details on check-in. Food was also available - there was bread, coffee and nuggets in the freezer. Netflix was an added bonus. Overall a very pleasant stay.
Lack of plug points, and kitchen utensils. I would suggest a small renovation to add a plug point to the kitchen area, and maybe build in a place for the microwave oven instead of placing it under the tv cabinet :)
The key collection process was also a bit strange (we had to collect it from under the rug of a car parked opposite) and it took us a few turns around the property to find the secret location.

1. The host is friendly, fuss free and fast text replies. Also, they are knowledgeable and share places of interest and places to-go-to with us (first time in Penang).
2. Accomodation is clean with breathtaking view of the sea overseeing the Penang Breach and Jetty Jerejak.
3. Amenities/Facilities are well catered for - iron, iron board, hairdryer, toothbrush, towels, kettle, breakfast on the go, washing machine, etc..
4. Accomodation location is near the Penang International Airport
5. 10mins drive to Georgetown
6. Accomodation location is near The QueensBay Mall
7. Security is tight (we are assured of our safety within the vicinity)
1. Throwing of rubbish is far
2. No mirror in the room (mirror only in the toilet) - would.prefer a long mirror so I can put on my makeup and take a shot of my OOTD!
3. Neighbours at the 3 bedroom suites (beside my room) were super noisy even at 2am - sleep disrupted

The host is very friendly and helpful and guided clearly on how to get the key, to the parking lot, to the lift and so on. The unit is spacious with an amazing view. Very relaxing and comfortable. There was plentiful breakfast on the go but you have to cook it on your own. I love everything about the unit. Surely will come again but it would be nicer if the check out time is before 12.
Should have a mirror inside the bedroom. The one provided is only in the bathroom. Low water pressure when using the shower. It was quite hard to find stalls or restaurants within walking distance around the area which provided heavy breakfast.
