Breakfast didn’t start on time

We had nothing but good things to say about this Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are lovely, well appointed and spacious. Loved the chaise lounge for relaxing after a day of touring in Toronto. The staff were super friendly and efficient. Their breakfast offerings were tasty and more than generous.

The planes were a bit noisy with being so close to the airport but that can’t be helped.

Great new rooms and facilities. Breakfast was better than other hotels in the area.

Would be nice if breakfast ended a bit later

I loved the modern decor of the rooms , hallways and lobby. Staff were very efficient and friendly . The airport shuttle service was great .

There were no vegetarian / vegan options available in the frozen food that was for sale in the lobby store .

Check in with Ms Merita D'Souza was exemplary: efficient, patient and with a welcoming smile. A model for reception. The shuttle driver Candido was also very patient, polite and readily answered my own and others' questions.

Breakfast was a bad joke and the policies...we had to pay for parking (but this is a habbit în Canada). They requested a deposit (I don't understand why since they easilly could inspect the room at checkout), that they will return to us in a very long term in which you can't use your own money). But this is a habbit în Canada, too.

Good enough for grab and go bags. The Bananas were very unripe!

The breakfast was one dimensional which consist of eggs, sausages and beans with no other variation.

The hotel is located far from supermarkets, gas stations and other stores which is okay but the prices in the express shop on the hotel grounds is too high. A bottle of water for $3.50 plus tax is crazy

It needs to have food available for late arrivals and major clarity and revise when getting to the hotel from the airport.

Everything - checkin was smooth and they were very gracious in accepting our early checkin and late checkout requests. The staff were welcoming, professional, extremely personable & very polite. The room was bright and spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were like heaven. I generally don't sleep well in hotels; the beds are either too soft or too hard, but the bed in our suite was the perfect combo of firm with a slightly soft top and the pillows were wonderful, longer than king size pillows, full and fluffy. The rooms also are equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge and a mini Keurig coffee machine Temperature controls were easy to navigate and we had a great view of the airport; we had fun watching the landing strip, trying to guess out where people were coming from. And though we were right by the airport, our room was surprisingly quiet

The room and location. The shuttle to and from was easy. Check in was seamless. The room was spacious. Great WiFi and I was happy there was an iron! All in all I would stay here again.

Breakfast could have been better. Check out took some time to verify the room was OK. If you have an early flight it's something to consider, since they have to send housekeeping to check while you wait.

Perfect location minutes from the airport. 24-hour fitness centre. Good American breakfast and coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby.
