They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had requested a crib, and were pleasantly surprised with the crib set up with soft blankets and a stuffed animal, a high chair, kids dishes/utensils and even a baby bath tub. Also, I had asked about an elevator as we were traveling with my mother who has knee problems… they offered to move us to the ground level free of charge to make her stay more enjoyable. Everything about this property was fantastic and we really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with our great hosts.

Excellent apartment and the host was really helpful. The bed was nice and we requested the sofa bed and it was really comfortable. The building was really easy to access and the neighborhood was good. We needed to stay in the area for an event nearby and it was wonderful.

There was an issue at the time of the booking, but we got in contact with the host and everything was sorted out. They were really helpful.

Great location. Lovely and clean. The hosts left some baby care kits (bath, high chair and cutlery)

Didn't have a lift and we had a few steps which were difficult with the pram. Although I didn't check on booking

Concept was very good and easy to reach and enter the room

All facilities are good but will prefer keep some items for floor cleaning

clean, comfortable and convenient. Many cafes and restaurants, as well as a Pingo Doce practically across the street.
