Good location, water view, roomy space which could accommodate 3 families. Responsiveness in the customer service to fix (partially) of their problems.

1. The cleaningness at Patio is just horrible, I suspect even if they do anything with that for a long while. We rent the house mainly for the backyard and water front garden and patio, and the cleanness condition makes it hardly usable. The deck is lack of maintenance. e.g. some deck boards are broken and loosed. Some pics (within 1hr i checked in) are shared here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/hysvFyz3rcY1mfjH9. 2. It is still cold at night on Memorial day, while we found there is no quilt for the whole house at all, this is unbelievable, and their words is even at winter we do not see customer ask much for that. 3. The refrigerator handler is broken. although this is a one off thing, you could imagine how seriously they maintain the facility in the house. 4. Internal cleanness is just acceptable, but there is some smell when we just check in. we do not know where that comes from but definitely not something that show us welcomeness. 5. We do get surprised by how old the house is, it is very hard to tell from the pictures on booking.com but when you be there in person it would be a surprise. 6. Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am, definitely worse than almost all hotels. Nothing to complain because they call that out beforehand but i really not like it.
