The bed was as hard as a rock woke up in major pain because of discomfort ⁷

room was dated and rather shabby with peeling wall paper, lights in the room that didn’t work

Temperature in room was way too cold and thermostat wouldnt work properly.

Awesome staff - yummy breakfast

Breakfast bar was bad! Not nearly enough food for all your guests, most stood in line for waffles as after 30 minutes wait there was still no refill of eggs or bacon sausage, that was both days we were there. After half hour from asking attendant she finally put some food in her oven which meant another 20 minutes more wait. I never did see the food and finally left. The hotel room itself was lovely. Just don't advertise breakfast

The room, view, and location were all a bonus. it was very affordable also.

the front desk seemed to be unoccupied 90% of the time. I waited several minutes to even be noticed on three occasions. one time was over 20 mins, nobody in sight.

This was easy access for me to do some business from hotel . Family was close to Evergreen Park to go and play.

We requested additional blankets and my daughter in law went down after an hour to get them.

Did not like anything about this hotel. Dishonest staff. Unhealthy and dangerous conditions.

This hotel is under construction, at least on the second floor where they assigned us a room. The corridors were all torn apart with light fixtures strewn on the floor, wallpaper off the walls and thrown on the floor. MOLD and MILDEW were present on the walls. When we made the reservations, there was no disclaimer at all about the condition of the hotel nor at check-in were we notified of what we would have to endure. Walking through the second floor to our room there was on- going drywall repair work and active sanding with clouds of drywall dust in the air for us to breathe. There were no abatement procedures in place for MOLD spores that were undoubtedly present nor any signage about the general construction ongoing. No offer of any other room to stay in, because the entire hotel was under siege. This was dishonest and deceitful by the hotel to allow guests to stay in a hotel under these conditions. To say nothing of the health risks to the guests. We had reservations for two nights but had to leave these conditions and did not stay the second night. We felt very inconvenienced and our health in danger. No offer to reimburse us either for our stay. Will never again stay in this hotel due to their unhealthy and deceitful practices.
