The house was fabulous, with lots of room to spread out, enjoy the outdoor views in a very relaxing setting. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit offered 2 separate family areas for relaxing and chatting. There were also options to dine at a large table indoors, or another outdoors. For our party of 8 it worked out great. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN FOR A GROUP OF OUR SIZE.

Not fully air conditioned (there are small units in several rooms) but if it was really hot in Santa Fe this could be uncomfortable.

The location was fabulous. Close to city center and airport, but with a very scenic and expansive view of the desert and mountains from the back deck. The house was large enough for our party of seven and the living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We never felt crowded. The laundry facilities on site were helpful and the kitchen seemed well-appointed with several coffee machines, microwave, and large refrigerator. We didn't cook meals in the kitchen during our stay, but the dishware, cookware, and utensils were plentiful. The hot tub was an added bonus and we enjoyed it.

The house and exterior were very worn. Several doors lacked screens, the fence was broken, grass was overgrown in the driveway and around the front of the house, and the light switches were confusing. We never figured out how to turn on the sconces in one of the bedrooms until it dawned us on that a fuse might be blown. After that, the lights turned on again. Some exterior attention would have greatly helped the curb appeal of the house. Several members of our party felt the mattresses were too firm, but there were plenty of pillows and linens in each suite. A few more towels in each suite would have been helpful, particularly since there were no designated towels for the hot tub.
