Clean and comfortable. Good value. Convenient location.
Though outlook from our room was mostly pleasant it does overlook a lorry park.

Very clean, warm and comfortable. Lovely room with en suite, comfortable beds and the lady at reception was lovely, although she was answering the phone, serving drinks in the bar and dealing with check ins. Parking was good and the dining room was lovely
Breakfast was OK but the bacon was hard and there was 1 fried egg on a plate and didn't see anyone to ask for more.
The hair dryer in the room was on a fixed cord inside the drawer which was very short so difficult to use.
Also the TV was missing lots of channels, no channels between 3-9

Included family rooms, so ideal for my disabled son to have 2 carers. Hotel bar and dining room clean and modern. Good selection for breakfast. Friendly staff. We attended an event in the hotel, so ideal to stay there as well.
Family room was quite small and not very accessible (although there could have been other rooms??

Perfect location for us for room and breakfast. Clean and comfortable.
Bar was closed when we got in at 11.30 pm

It was very clean from coming in from carpark,to the bar, to the hall ways to our room. staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was very good from the fish and chips which they halved for us and the lovely breakfast yes we will stay again .and would recommend to our friends.

Really friendly and welcoming staff, great food at a great price. I was late for breakfast, but the manager offered me anything free from the usual menu anyway - really super touch. Room was comfortable, warm and clean.

the room was cold and the towel rail in the bathroom wasn’t working and neither did the tv remote . the description said there was a hairdryer but there wasn’t one . also the room near mine had 2 men staying there that played loud music til gone midnight .

An out of hours key was left for us for late check in
We stayed in room 8 and there was an incredibly strong smell of cannabis from one of the other rooms in our corridor on arrival. I appreciate this is out of control however it made for a very unpleasant stay with our 3 year old daughter

The location was ideal for are needs, we have stayed at the twin oaks before while visiting family and had a pleasant stay.
I checked in early 2pm and then returned at 11pm to find that the heating had not been on for days and when I turned on the heating at the thermostat it was broken so the room was cold, the bath room light would not stop flickering and the bathroom extractor fan did not work, the maintenance person managed to fix the thermostat but then it took an hour for the room to heat up. Come on guys it is not difficult to check a room before you give out the keys. I cannot believe how quickly it's gone downhill.
