We booked the 2 bed apartment for 5 adults. Really lovely stay

Shower for all was attached to our bedroom. Had to plan use of shower for privacy

Stayed here several times before - Great Staff and good location. I know what to expect and that's what I usually receive.

Shower - needs repairng/replacing Pillows - couldn't get one that was just right for me

Location was good and lobby area was lovely

Be woken at 5am to noise of delivery trucks and trolleys. Bedroom dated handle broken on sliding door maintenance came to fix it. safe wasn't working it was changed by staff member

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights, which was just next to the hotel. Booked in advance so it was good value for the numbers travelling. Brilliant for friends or families. We had the best view of the river from the balcony and from the rooms. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the crockery we needed. Great location, close to food outlets, transport etc. Lovely shower with good hot/cold water supply and pressure. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant. We had buffet dinner one night and it was ok. Breakfast was also ok. the rooftop was nice with some seating and the pool was also pleasant. Would recommend.

The hotel provides free Wi-Fi access but this was not working for us in the apartment for some reason. Strangely, the shower room door was en-suite with bedroom 1, so to have a shower, bedroom 1 needed to be empty to have privacy. A simple curtain could help on the entrance to the shower room. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay! Would recommend.

The location was fabulous, the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

The room was a bit small, not a major complaint but glad I was a solo traveler.

We stayed in 2 bed apartment. A hairdryer would have been welcome and perhaps some means of drying dishes. On arrival we found the main Hotel under renovation which was a shock, however thankfully our rooms were separate from the hotel and were available to us. We would have liked to have been made aware of the renovations :)

My room was Very quaint. My fist night was spent in a tiny dark gloomy room.

When I arrived- I was given a room (870) in the 'attic' I felt like 'Anne Frank' in her hidden attic!! I was extremely upset to be put in this 'cell' overlooking the rooftops!! I had requested a room with a walk in shower! Was given a high bath!! I had stayed for 20 years in 'the alba' in Lourdes what a difference! I met Hugo and he arranged to have my room changed!! At €100 per night with NO breakfast - I will definitely NOT be using ur service again!!
