The springs in the mattress were a bit worn out still slept great.

The management of the hostel, Angels was superb as an in house staff/host.. Breakfast is provided. Everyone is respectful. Amazing central location.

No AC, could be stuffy. beddings too minimal. Raining once and roof leaked in the other rooms, but staff managed this well to help out. Staff in house.

The property was unbelieveable clean all the time, there was different types of food for breakfast, room was big enough and we had enough space, the bathrooms were celaned daily☺️

The water for showering was cold at night sometimes 🥶

Everyone, both staff and guests, were super nice and friendly. Excellent value for money. I would love to visit again. Thanks!

It's not perfect that as soon as the first guests go for breakfast, you will most likely be woken up too. But there isn't much to be done about that... and I guess it's actually better if you start your day before noon anyway.

It was my second stay at Sol Y Mar Surf Camp. I had an excellent stay and location was perfect central for every thing, Staff was great very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!! Will definitely stay again.

Leku ezin erosoagoa eta oso atsegina. Nire ustez, Corralejon geratzeko lekurik onena. Garbia, kokapen ona eta langileak super jatorrak dira. Super cosy, clean, familiar atmosphere in there. I liked everything about it. Specially having bedrooms without bunkbeds, good breakfast, laidback atmosphere and workers. Everyone so kind, but particularly, Ivan. Such an authentic, sociable and friendly person. Grazie per tutto, Ivan. Questo basco ti ringrazia la tua gentilezza e le tue buone vibrazioni ;)

Not being able to have stayed longer there.

it’s a super nice hostel, friendly for solo travelers. everyone is super open minded. I’m glad I made a lot of friends there and had great time.

everything is perfect except from the surfing school, it’s not friendly for beginners. you basically learn almost nothing from the group classes and the trainers actually don’t care at all.

Outside it was stormy. I felt 2x, it got some scars bc it hurt. Inside there was no wind but electric light. I could cook and sleep. I met ppl like me: so and so. And so. I met Ivan. 10 points. Tx.

The atmosphere and people staying there were amazing!

Great hostel! Nice staff, nice travellers, chill vibe, clean, great showers, pleasant roof top terrace, great location, area to put your surfboards and wetsuits.

Add natural yoghurt to the breakfast instead of those artificial fruit yoghurts. It kinda bothered me that some staff members were walking around looking at the time every 2 minutes from 9.30h to see when they can start cleaning up the breakfast table. When you are on holiday this is not the vibe you want to feel. Mattresses are pretty soft. Paying 3 euro so that you can leave your luggage and take a shower after the checkout, first time ever that a hostel asked me this.

The location of the hostel is perfect really, close to the beaches and to restaurants and bars. It has a supermarket nearby as well. For a rather big hostel hosting a lot of people, the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The showers and toilets were always clean, so were the rooms. The breakfast is pretty basic - ham, cheese, toast, coffee, milk and cereal, orange juice, yogurt etc - but if you need to eat something else, there's always the option of cooking it for yourself in the kitchen. I also liked that they had a terrace on top where you can just lay in the sun and read a book or have your meals there.

it’s second time I go there and just that because first time was so nice , felt like home , good vibes and nice people , location right next to beach , supermarket 2 min away ..for sure when I go to Corrallejo again will be again here ! ivan the host it’s the best host I met , helps you with everything you need !

Nothing at all

Nice small hostel in the heart of Corralejo. Pretty basic, but you get everything you need - bedside table, lamp, socket, wardrobe to hang your clothes. They also have a rooftop to chill and quite a lot of bathrooms, which always comes handy in a hostel. What makes the place really special is Ivan, who looks after the hostel. A really friendly guy, who remembers everyone's name, always happy to help and always up for a conversation. One of the best volunteer I met in a hostel! Grazie Ivan! :)

The shower heads could do an upgrade, also if you leave your shower for the evening usually there is no hot water. I was lucky as I stayed in the 4 bed dorms, which had a window facing outdoors, but most of the room has windows facing the corridors, which means more noise from the hostel and less fresh air. Also that might be just me, but more vegan options for breakfast would have been awe!

nice spacious old villa, big rooms, nice rooftop, very great host Ivan, fine kitchen remedies, shuttle service to the beach, if you do watersport course.

The bed in my room was pretty cold humid, so I started to cough, and slept in my sleepingbag from second night. The min.3 night policy with no exception, not even when you have been a guest and was desperate in need for one night accommodation . Also they offer no Cancellation policy. The showers... not warm for long
