Perfect hotel, everything was amazing.

Everything was ok

the hotel was fine, location top and overall impression (room, breakfast, ...) was more than ok! but...

not included in the "high" price was cleaning the room (not that problematic), but no fresh towels foreseen. We were at the hotel for 5 days! we once asked for new towels and they considered it as small cleaning. At our departure from the parkingplace, staff came to us to discuss. We didn't want to pay as it was mentioned anywhere. Big discussion what made our beautifull stay ending in a very negative experience.

it’s beautiful and unique. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The property was close to everything. We loved the historical building, it had great charm. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a nice hotel in a neighborhood of many nice old buildings, very close to Neustadt train station. The backyard is beautiful and must be amazing to sit in during summer. It is a small hotel so the breakfast is simpler, which is perfectly okay for a weekend stay. For a longer stay more variety might be better for some people. The rooms are simple but nice. All was clean. We knew we will arrive late so we used the JustIN app for check-in, which worked perfect.

The "double-bed" was actually two single beds pushed together, which is not ideal for a couple.

Nice staff, clean room. Had to change for online check-in last minute and there was no problem with that! Appreciate that a lot.

The only issue was missing locks on room door or any signs you can hang on handle from outside meaning you dont want to be disturbed.

The staff was very friendly, the garden and the building was really nice and the place was clean. The room was small but comfortable and the hotel it just by the Bahnhof Neustadt so in a very well connected area.

The wifi didn't work at all on the second floor where we stayed and we had a lot of issues with the digital key, which was very stressful. The reception for check-ins is only open between 15-18 and if there's a problem with the digital key outside of these hours that's not perfect. Also, in the morning the reception did not have an actual key card when we had the problem to get in. Also that may be useful: the breakfast does not have many gluten-free or lactose-free options.

Clean room and quite comfortable room. Localization - really close to Old Town.

Lack of private parking at the hotel. Avaliable parking near to the Street 6E per 24h or underground parking 15E per 24h. Places nearby hotel were busy so we have to park farther and walk with suitcases. Staff speak only in German so it's hard to communicate.

Not people to support client after 18hrs, I called to the phone number that hotel provided, but nobody answer my calls or call me back (reception is open just some hours a day). I got just an email without any solution to my problem. If you see on the general description on web site says WiFi free, but in its not like that, you must open de detail to see that WiFi is not available on all rooms and connectivity is very weak, you cannot count with it to work.

Big clean room also good for longer staying. All facilities works well. Way to public train easy and short. Very good place

I loved the hotel, the garden is amazing. Breakfast was great. My room was clean and comfortable. I would have rated the hotel more if there was a Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, there was no internet connection in the hotel, even though it was one of the feature of the room. That made lots of problems for me. I had to go out at 22:00 to the train station and buy a package for my phone after having a long day.

The room is quite specious and very clean. The courtyard of the hotel is cute and a nice venue for breakfast on sunny days.

Keep in mind that check in is only possible between 15.00-18.00, otherwise there is no one at reception.

Clean and good location

Bad service — check-in took 45 minutes as credit cards were not accepted and we had to walk to the nearest ATM that the receptionist suggested us (the ATM takes a €4.90 fee). Offering to transfer the money (SEPA) was not accepted either. Wrong description — the bed is not a king size bed as paid for but two single beds put together. We were told that all beds in the hotel are like this and that we should complain at booking.com. As we are not the once offering this service this should be done by the hotel. We did not want to discuss further as the cancellation fee is 90% of the price. The hotel — the hotel overall should be called a motel or “Pension” (in German). Check-in times are between 3-5PM (not mentioned before buying). Wi-Fi password was not given at check-in. No breakfast because of COVID. No daily cleaning of the room because of the environment. The receptionist not caring at all and being very inflexible. On top of it all, there are two construction sites next to the hotel (but that is something that does not fall under their responsibility)
