Excellent food, private beach and best hospitality.

buffet was amazing , lots of choices, swimming pools are really nice and water slides super for kids. bedroom spacious and well cleaned.

outdoors near swimming pools are too slippery . not choices for gluten free diet ( only on demand ). juices for kids or adults are terrible only with sugars. swimming pools closing too early at 6 pm . Some people in the animation team ( mini club ) looks unfriendly despite their efforts to try to be . In my opinion they work too many hours .. and look exhausted. They didn’t try to accommodate my kid with special needs at the kids club, they expect your kids to play by themselves… and don’t seem to want to bother to look after them. Shows are really good quality . kids loved them .

The best thing in this hotel is the staff! The coolest person is a man from water sports, the one who speaks Russian. Thanks to him, we tried a lot of new things for themselves. He was honest and open, he said that the safety of customers on the first place for his company and if the weather is not very good they do not drive and do not fly. And it really is. That's cool! The first time I meet this. Thank to him, it made our vacation more interesting and excited. Thanks to the sommelier from the restaurant. It seems that we alone bought wine for dinner, so he always met us very warmly and served us wonderfully. The animation team also deserves attention. Great tonight shows! Special thanks to Marina from the children's club and Jack from the animation team. Unfortunately, only Jack communicated with us, another guys from animation team ignored us, although we attended all events organized by the animation team. Nice beach, clean pools, delicious and varied food in the main restaurant.

Disgusting Italian ala-carte restaurant. This restaurant absolutely not Italian restaurant. Terrible food and bad rough service. And I also got poisoned there! I highly not recommend buying a "happy birthday" package. It's not worth it absolutely. Cheap bad sparkling wine and tasteless cake for 37 euro! Better buy a bottle of normal champagne from restaurant, it will be more taste! The indifferent attitude of the staff in the restaurant towards those who don’t speak Turkish. Basically, we were not noticed, not served until you asked about, basically we went for everything themselves, for coffee in the morning and beer at the lunch. Only at dinner we were always served with pleasure by the sommelier, because we bought wine from him.

Honestly, the only highlight of our stay in this hotel was the Gözleme that was prepared by two lovely ladies by the beach.

First and foremost, don’t be fooled by the photos. What we booked looked nothing like the picture in real life. The photos are at least 10 years old. If you are lucky enough, you may be put in the main building where the rooms have been recently renovated and look fairly decent. My family was lucky (thanks to one lovely Azerbaijani gentleman at the reception). The downside of being in the main building is that you may be facing inward, and put up with the noise and music blasting until 1 am every night. My siblings, who checked in two nights before us, were not so lucky and were places in an old, worn out, smelly room in a building with one elevator that couldn’t handle the volume of guests. The variety of the food was good but the quality was hit and miss. Other than Turkish beer, nothing else was drinkable. The common areas (especially toilets around swimming pools) were hardly cleaned. The reception staff always looked busy, so if you want their attention, waiting at the window is not enough, you need to demand that they pay attention to you.

Limitation of AC control which make room hot and technical staff cannot do nothing about it , fridge temperature is not cold enough, limited change of bed covers, availability of directory in the room to request service or make booking, phone wire is damaged so the kees on cutting off, unorgnized weekly schedule of the restaurants especilly the booking of Manqal restaurant and limited number of service staff.

The whole facilities were really good. the staff were amazing, very active and professional. the party programs were really nice and enjoyable. the food served was over my expectations for full board resort. the variety of options for every meal is really amazing..

nothing..the rooms were not cleaned properly, but I would not be bothered that much as the service were really good and the response to any query was very quick.

The resort is beautiful, full of green scenery, many pools. There was a show every night for kids, and activities for them during the day. The room was big enough. The staff is more than great and the manager is an understanding person who helps guests. The food is delicious. There are sea activities on the beach of the resort (with extra charge). There is a restaurant worker named Ali, he is nice and very kind.

1. The air conditioner is a central one, and sometimes it is not strong (to be fair I notified the staff of a problem in the air conditioner and they took care of it, but still, to me personally I don't like central air conditioning). 2. The WiFi is weak and sometimes slow. 3. The water pressure in the bathroom is not strong enough, it is NOT weak but not strong enough.

1. Quite rude stuff. No welcome fruits and wine (as promised in booking) . Can't solve even easy issues, like printing invoice, or planning guest visit. 2. Very simple meal. For 9 nights only once I saw seafood in salad. No shrimps, mussels, calamars, etc at all. No berries or exotic fruits. Restaurants "ala carte" are awful. We were in Turkish and Italian and didn't like them. Service were poor and food quality worse than on ordinary lunch. 3. they have two versions of drinks in AI. one if you give TIPs and one if not. Even coffee on the bar, they have two machines, and without cash give you from worse one. It's quite embarrassing.

the service is in the property is remarkable. all staff are willing to help and make you feel home. we had to call a doctor for my daughter to the room and the attention we received from guest relations was impressive. A big thank you to Mehmet at the reception who was always available to help and provide solutions.

we had a little problem with the AC in our room; it was too noisy and they have tried to fix it but I guess its not a quick fix and needs a bigger job. The food options for the full board at the pool side should be more and easy for everyone to access. they only had one bar at the beach side to offer snacks and burgers which I believe is not enough during summer time when hotel is fully booked.
