location is terrible and the hotel needs a wrecking ball. even the espresso machine didn’t work.

the hotel has a Greek-Sicilian style that makes it very charming. Although it’s located next to a ruined property, the location is charming, the view is great. The staff was very kind and available. A nice beach right in front, furnished by the hotel (chaise-longue and umbrellas) was also a plus for us. All in all a very good value for money.

little details, not really ruining the experience. For example, the shower had some minor issues (water leaking) and some of the furniture had stains or little damages. Again, nothing major.

The beach was very treachorous with the large, slippery rocks and boulders! We took a bus to a mire accessible beach (cost 4 euro round trip for 2 people - good deal!) The water, however was spectacular.

We booked a small room and were upgraded to a larger room with a wonderful view of Panarea and Salina islands. The staff were attentive, helpful, friendly and informative. Good buffet breakfast. Very nice apéritif on the rooftop bar at sunset. Sun beds and parasols on the beach directly in front of the hotel were included. Perfect place for a relaxing time and a couple of minutes walk from a very good restaurant. Hygiene/Covid 19 standards 10/10. Very very happy with our stay.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good. The room was very clean and had a nice balcony!

The location is nice and calm. However it is quite isolated. The bus goes very irregularly and the last one goes quite early. In case you miss the last bus, you have to take a taxi. I have to mention here, that we were aware of the isolated location before coming there and that we did not mind it. But it requires a bit more planning, because you are dependent on bus times that are not very aligned with the ferry times.
