Wendy and Mark were really great hosts. They were welcoming and considerate. The room was really clean and the breakfast was lovely. We'll definitely be staying there again.

The room and bathroom were small but perfectly formed and had everything we needed. We loved our stay.

Breakfast very nice and plenty of choice. Hosts very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was excellent. Very close to beach and town. Car park was about 10 minute walk away, I did have reservations parking there overnight, but needn’t have worried.

perfect for our stay, perfect in terms of the hosts explaining everything from get go. fun aspects of our stay and the breakfast was spot on, nothing was too much trouble! everything was clean beds were comfortable there was nothing I can think of that wasn’t there that was needed, so they had absolutely thought of everything … the photo was quite a fun aspect of the hotel that allowed you to show if you were out or in? i ran to it to change it on the way out and in, though I totally get it was easier for them to NOT have to climb flights of stairs to find out residents were still on their room especially as they clean, tidy beds, empty and replenish water, tea products and the like every day ☺️ happy days

Everything was really nice, we were made to feel welcome from when we arrived till we left. Planning on going back next year.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Parking was abit of a problem but we were given a permit to park on the street due to me being disabled.

A great location, only a two minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the harbour. Parking permit very handy. Our twin room was spacious and had everything we needed. Lovely breakfast and Wendy and Mark were great hosts.

Breakfast was excellent, hot and tasty. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was clean and tidy. Wendy was friendly and approachable.

Parking was provided via a permit so was not close to property although it was free at car parks a few minutes walk away.

Lovely hosts, couldn't do enough for you, clean an tidy rooms, plenty of tea and coffee in rooms. Great location only a short walk to beach and town Highly recommended.

Good location, good to be offered a wide selection of breakfast cereals, fruit and toast etc. Comfortable room and quiet location.

The shower had really poor water pressure but otherwise no complaints and it did the job

Wendy and Mark were the perfect B&B hosts. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. The location is also great, just off the sea front.

the breakfast was excellant, b& b was close to town centre,with plenty of shops and restaurants,also very quiet location Mark and Wendy were the perfect host's,very polite and helpfull couldn't do enough for you.

the only problem,that really was out of Mark and Wendy's control was the fact you had to park your car 5/10 minute walk away,once you'd unloaded the car,but they did say anyone who had a problem,i.e imfirm etc,they would help in anyway that they could.

The hosts were brilliant. So welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was well set out and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent.

The sink in the bathroom was too small.

Everything was what we expected , Couldn't have wished for a pleasant stay , location was good ,perfect.

Overall the property is comfortable and the management are friendly and very informative to where we wanted to visit 👍👍
