The breakfast was incredibly good, those moroccan pancakes are to die for! In fact, the food was outstanding on all meals we had there and we opted to stay in most evenings because of it. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful as well, and made us feel very welcome

There was supposed to be a gym, but this proved to be pretty much non-existing. It would also be nice to have some outdoor activities such as table tennis, but even better a tennis court

The hotel is just amazing and perfectly located in a quiet area just outside the city center. Kevin and the rest of the staff made our stay particularly special.

The only thing more soul-destroying than the atmosphere in the restaurant was the ‘never-changing’ dinner menu. We stayed for 5 nights, and there were just 5 main course options (poorly translated) none of which were suitable for vegetarians and only 2 of 5 were suitable for pregnant woman (fish only) When we asked whether we could order from the lunch menu (also limited) we were initially told no. Eventually we were given the option to use the lunch menu and offered different options from the kitchen, which we had to choose in the morning. This hotel is a 50-60 minute round trip to the centre of Marrakech, where we had already stayed for 4 nights, and we’re returning to at the end of our trip, so we didn’t want to have to eat out. In summary, don’t book for more than 1-2 nights, it’s not worth it. Finally the pool is not heated, and the gym is laughable (it looks like my Dad’s garage)

The Hotel setting is wonderful. It looks the part and we were not disappointed when we stepped inside. It is well appointed and very comfortable. The gardens and pool to the rear of the hotel were well tended, quiet and peaceful. From the outset the staff were remarkably friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel manager, Mr Kevin Ceccarelli, was attentive, concerned for his guests throughout and brought the personal touch, making everyone feel comfortable and special. The Ksar Char-Bagh Hotel is a gem and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The hotel lies a few miles from the centre of Marrakech and does involve having to get driven into the city. The staff were very helpful and arranged everything on our behalf, but you do have to factor in a little bit more time to be able to enjoy the city to the utmost.

In my opinion grossly overpriced, location was not good seemingly in the middle of nowhere with about 25 min drive from the centre of town at a cost of 20-30 Euros each way. I'm not sure what criteria was used to gain entry of the hotel to Small Luxury Hotel of the World. Certainly we were expecting much better having stayed in 3 other hotels during our few days in Marrakesh (Jardins de la Koutoubia, Mamounia and Maison Arabe) all of which offered good value for the price. Virtually no signal for Wifi. The gym if you could call it that was a joke and I can only think they needed to have a gym to tick the box for the hotel ranking. The pool looked dirty. We had a suite which reminded me of my student days. I cannot say anything positive about this hotel and was very disappointed.

This hotel was amazing. Exceeded our expectations in every way. It felt like staying at our own private palace. It has one of the coolest pools I've ever seen. The landscaping is gorgeous, and the architecture is really stunning. The rooms are very comfortable, I didn't even leave ours one of the days, just ordered room service and relaxed. The staff is great, professional and friendly. We stayed in the medina for a few days when first arriving in Marrakech, so our time at the Ksar Char-Bagh was a bit of a break from the craziness. It was our time to relax, and relax we did. The hammam helped with that too. The beds are crazy comfy. What else?? Our expectations were exceeded. Can't wait to go back!

The facilities and the staff were amazing. We had a great time during our stay and it was exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing and luxurious retreat.

Even though the food and the staff were great, they could offer more variety on the menu. We stay there for 4 nights and it got a little repetitive. But it is just a minor detail.

The hotel has a cool atmosphere with very spacious and comfortable rooms. The pool area is beautifully lined with Palm trees. Transfer from and to the airport was included in our booking which was a big plus. Plus the hotel was very accommodating when our flight got cancelled and extended our stay for another night with no problem!

The hotel has beautiful massage facilities but could improve the quality of their therapists.

very beautiful, feels like your own personal palace. Staff go above and beyond. We arrived very late in the night after proper room service was closed and they were kind enough to offer us the whole menu instead of just the 24hr snack menu that’s available for late night, really saved us that night. it’s actually the type of hotel that you don’t even want to leave the property. Next time I visit it’ll be just for this hotel.

the only 2 things that I noticed were that you don’t get much privacy to change in the Spa and while they’re doing the treatment they leave the door open so people walking by can see you. the other thing was there weren’t any visible signs driving to the hotel , it’s better to use Apple Maps instead of Google maps for more accuracy to find the location.

staying at Ksar Char Bagh, It’s like living in world where the time litteraly stopped. For my wife and I, this week has been a pure moment of magic. It’s quiet, it’s incredibly beautiful, clean, and the staff has been there every single second to make our stay was the most perfect possible, and trust me, they completely succeed in this mission. We will come back. As often as we can.

The only really tiny downside was the low signal wifi connexion in the room.
