Puntualizziamo una cosa: il 10 va solo per il personale in generale. A la struttura come massimo si può dare un 5, non di più. Il grande valore aggiunto e' solo e solo per il personale che lavora in questo Hotel e che rende il soggiorno molto bello e rilassato. Il padrone dovrebbe alleggerire il lavoro del personale contrattando più gente...pero questa e' cosa di loro.
Vorrei puntualizzare il nome di Raico, Cristian, Carmelo, H.Carmen, Dayana...sono i veri eroi di questo stabilimento
Parliamo di odore di fogna quando entri nella camera? non si può pagare 150-200 euro al giorno e avere questo problema, e di certo il problema non e' del personale delle pulizie che e' molto disponibile.
Le finestre non sono insonorizzate e quindi alle 13:00 devi ascoltarti la bella musica della piscina anche se hai mal di testa perché hai fatto le notti piccole.
Ti fanno pagare la spugnetta e il detersivo per i piatti 5 euro: con quello che si paga...dovrebbe essere un regalo
La macchina di caffè e' vecchissima per mettere una dolce e gusto o similare le costerà per tutto l hotel 3000 euro come max imo...... Per cucinare hai: una pentola due padellini 2 forchette 2 cucchiai due bicchieri

Las habitaciones tienen ventanas que disminuyen el sonido del exterior, son muy cómodas, la limpieza diaria, el trato del personal. La zona de la piscina es brutal, tiene sauna y jacuzzi.
Quizás los precios del minibar, de resto todo perfecto.

Lo que más me gustó fue el trato tan maravilloso y familiar de su personal: tanto el de recepción (Mari Carmen, Kevin, Daniel, Álvaro) como el del SkyBar (Luis, Rayko, Juan), y el personal de limpieza (Carmen y otras). Inclusive su tan educado y encantador Director. Todos adorables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Sin duda te hacen sentir como en casa en nuestras tan queridas Canarias ♥️
Me gustó en general todo, aunque si tuviera que hacer una sugerencia es que el hotel se transformara en plenamente gay.

El área de piscina, los chicos de la recepción Daniel y Ryan (creo que se llamaba así) que fueron muy bien y además me dieron cortesías como upgrade de habitación, copas de cava y uso de las Balinesas, lo cual agradezco mucho haciendo aun mas fantástica la estadía .
Solo que se sentía olor a cigarrillo al interior de la habitación, pero nada tan relevante.

La habitacion estaba bien distribuida, la terraza estaba muy bien y el césped artificial le daba confort, la piscina esta muy bien, es amplia y profunda, los empleados muy amables y correctos en todo momento
La piscina muy ruidosa con la musica que impide leer tranquilamente en la terraza, la falta de vide en el baño, la nevera demasiado llena de productos

Hi,
I always stay at Axel as the staff and hotel are great. Nothing is a problem and staff always there to help. Food is great and the morning breakfast. Location is great for walking into Jumbo and shops. Great location if you like a walk to the dues for the beach. Some of the staff that are lovely this trip are Rayco, Mari Carmen, Daniel and Christian. I missed Niyara the reception desk manager as from the first time I stayed shes always been there and such a lovely person. :) I also get 404 room as Ive stayed here so many times and the staff know. The evening sun is lovely on this side street side. :)

From start to finish, Axel Beach was a 5* experience. From the moment you arrive the staff couldn't be more helpful and polite, on hand for anything you need. The rooms are large and exceptionally clean, large comfortable bed, the rooms loom like they have recently been totally refurbished. Special thanks to Kevin, Daniel and Carman on reception for going above and beyond to help me during my stay, translating for me, helping me find a late night pharmacy and fixing me up with a room with a view hours before standard check in time as I arrived in the morning. 5*.breakfast with the lovely Raico looking after me. Highly recommend this hotel.

Reception and housekeeping staff is friendly and the location is quite central.
The rooms are rundown: terrible mattress, discutable deco (unlike most of the other axel hotels), malfunctioning shower etc. but the biggest issue was the connecting door (locked of course!) to another appartement, in my room! No privacy whatsoever since you can hear et be heard as if you were on holiday with your neighbours, so very little intimacy. Don’t expect the same standards as the rest of the Axel Hotel brand, and for the same price, you can have a much nicer appartement in other resorts.

plenty of hot water. good location to maspalomas Center / the bars at yumbo and beach by bus. the cleaning staff did a good job. the gym is decent! the pool is really the only feature of the hotel itself that was OK. the food wasn’t worth the money.
the rooms were dingy, dark, old, with cheap furniture and glaring green/blue light (and not enough light). the sofa was covered in vinyl. everything was run down and shabby. there was black mold in the grout in the bathroom.

Reception and pool bar staff were just amazing. Daniel on reception was super friendly. Location is very good and swimming pool area is nice
Unfortunately, the accomodation is not up to Axel standards I have experienced in other hotels. Apartment was really outdated. Lightning was bad, furniture looked (and was) cheap. But the worst was the cleaning staff talking / shouting between each other while cleaning different rooms. This is a holiday accomodation but they ensure you are up early in the morning.

the room was great and the stuff was just amazing. if I remember well was Carmen and Sergio on arrival and Kevin on departure day, superb!

hotel was weary dark and ugly. hot breakfast should be prepared ala carte the table does not keep them warm at all, cold beans, cold eggs cold sausages in water, cold bacon. cold potato patties. Very unusual, Not first class at all.

If you've stayed in another axel hotel, you really have to manage your expectations. Axel hotels else where are far far superior. Axel beach is not a boutique hotel, its a standard Gran Can aparthotel - nothing special

My experience was fantastic at this facility. My room 101 was functional, clean and overlooked the amazing pool scene. The hotel offers daily activities to ensure one does not get bored.
