Pool

Staff very inattentive. Only saw the guy who checked me in once. No follow up on whether I needed anything for my entire stay. No mention of how/where the staff could be contacted. Several times I went to the main house ? to seek out the staff. No one was there. Didn’t even know who to leave my apt keys with when I left. Also, the location is VERY remote, so prepare for that. You must have a car to get around, although I did find a taxi service that quite expensive.

Very nice location. Beautiful apartment, large pool, friendly owners. Good location to go with children.

Only negative point is the fact that when you are in the bathroom of appartement A, you could clearly hear people talking in the other apartment next to it.

It was very peaceful, pool was amazing, family friendly, beautiful apartment, plenty of supplies for cooking.

No food or coffee on site, but store isn’t far so not too bad

We stayed here for 6 nights! The place is fantastic! Quiet place, great for family! The pool is exceptional...

Maybe in the future they will open an restaurant!

The pool area is great. Parking was easy. Good communication with host before check in. Nearby scenery is beautiful with views of vineyards. Dog friendly. Good value for money.

Next door there is a farm raising geese. The noise at times was excruciating. The WiFi was a major problem. I understand many people come to an Agritourismo to unplug, but I specifically came here to work remotely in a new setting after a year of lockdown. There is one router for all units (outside) and the building is made of thick stone walls. Thus inside the unit, we had no wifi at all. You must sit outdoors to connect. Comfort and cleanliness were ok but not excellent.

The bathroom and bedroom was spacious. The airco worked well. The terrain was beautiful and well maintained. The swimming pool was very large and clean with sufficient sunbeds and sunscreens.

The mattress is in urgent need of replacement. Providing peper/salt, kitchen paper, cooking knife, sufficient toilet paper & shower gel seems like a basic to us. After asking we received all we needed, but should be something that is OK before handing the keys. We needed do redo the dishes before using as the tableware was filthy. The dishwasher didn't work properly so we needed to do by hand during our stay. A good check from the staff beforehand didn't happen.

Big room; great pool. Good location. Due to current COVID stupidity the games room is out of action...! This isn’t mentioned on the website.

Be aware the electric gate at the front of the property is operated by remote when it is closed. The remote is on your room key. This wasn’t explained to us so the first time we went to leave, we couldn’t get out without using a back exit. The gas in our apartment stopped working so we had to eat out unexpectedly. The children’s play area needs an upgrade.
