Apartment is located right on the beach. It is equipped with everything you need. Very quiet. There are sunbeds and umbrellas provided on the beach. View from the (very spacious) balcony is amazing. Hosts (Nada and Pepi) are very kind and helpful. Upon arrival, you will find domestic vine, cold bear and water to refresh. If you travel by car, there is parking place provided. There are 3 restaurants, 2 markets and 1 bakery nearby, so you have everything you need. Kotor is around 20 minutes by car (if there is no traffic jam). And, what was also important for us, apartments are pet friendly. Our Laki enjoyed!

No objections. We shall return next year for sure.

The street in which the property is located is small and fairly difficult to navigate by car. There isn't any decent restaurant nearby either so you should have a car or cook for yourself in the apartment.

I stayed 3 nights. My room was not cleaned once. I had to ask for shampoo .

- Extremely lovely and hospitable owners. (We need to especially give credit to them because they are one of the major reason for the high points for this hotel.) - Just near the sea. - Great view - Not so crowded neighborhood - Calm - Close to some restaurants and markets.

First of all, I must say that it was challenging for us to start our holiday. My wife fell ill a few days before the start of the holiday, and we requested a delay from the hotel on our booking dates. However, when we still couldn't go, we finally had to cancel. However, the hotel helped us a lot. Although our reservation was non-refundable, it was wonderful that they told us that whenever we could come, they will not charge for the new booking. In this respect, I would like to thank the hosts Pepi and Nadia. They were very welcoming and helpful in everything. Hotel is half an hour away from the center of Tivat (when there was no traffic) in a village called Krasic. The location is beautiful, directly by the sea and has its sun loungers. The sea and the landscape are spectacular. The architecture of the hotel is also pleasant. The first night we stayed in a small room that we booked this room, but it came too small for us. We've requested a bigger room against the hotel for a fee. They welcomed our request and the next day we went to a larger and spacious room. Both of them were nice but neglected. Especially the big room needed a good cleaning. I'd say we were a little disappointed about this. But whatever we told Nadia and Pepi about, they did their best to fix it. There are 3 restaurants, 1 bakery and 2 markets nearby. Overall the prices were reasonable. However, if you stay for a long time, you will get bored. Because they're all doing the same thing, and they don't have an incredibly delicious specialty. We rented a car for 3 days and visited almost all of Montenegro. We can easily say that this hotel is not bad at all, the kitchen and rooms equipment is fine, the location and the sea are great, but much better places available at much cheaper rates. If the quality of service is improved by adding more well-maintained rooms and including a good breakfast, it is excellent. Or maybe they should cut their prices a little.
