The staff was so friendly and helpful, we messaged them in advance that my partner is vegan and they took that into great notice! Their breakfast is absolutely fantastic and we loved to start our day with tastiest pancakes and oatmeal porridge. The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the hotel is just short walk away from shops and restaurants. Surrounding area is very peaceful and we got a great rest here every night :) The rood terrace is lovely place to enjoy the surrounding views and drink homemade wine

The owner was super nice, the place is really comfortable and clean. I stayed during the end of September and there was heating in the room, which made it very comfortable and cozy. I asked the owners to help me to transport my small suitcase to Ushguli, because I was walking Mestia to Ushguli trek, and they sent my suitcase to Ushguli without any charges with their relatives who were driving there on that day. I was really impressed with the level of hospitality! I had breakfast there, the food was outstanding, great variety and quantity, everything was delicious and freshly made! The hotel has a small garden with benches and a table, and it is really close to the restaurants. I had a really good night sleep, it was very quite. The view from the window was amazing! I for sure recommend everyone to stay in this lovely hotel.

Very central location (just off the main square) but very quiet and peaceful with a fantastic view of the garden and mountains from my window. Great breakfast with plenty of variety. The staff were super-friendly and helpful.

The details on Booking.com aren't always 100% accurate. I was trying to book a room with a desk or table. Mine didn't have one but I was able to use the tables in the dining room whenever I needed to (and help myself to tea or coffee at the same time).

The location is perfect, just few steps the center. The staff are welcoming, especially Annie, the girl in the reception, she speaks English fluently. The breakfast is delicious and good enough energy to climb the mountains ;)

Nice place, breakfast and dinner (you can order dinner there) were amazing!! The cooker was so nice and generous. Clean place , we enjoyed very much.

They had no baby bed but arranged us a mattress quickly and set it up. No a.c, no teapot, no t.v and no elevator.
