Ioska and Periko are amazing hosts. They was very kind and careful about our arriving and staying. The house and territory are very cozy and comfortable. You can feel that everything made with love. Our room has everything that we nedeed. And also it was super warm, it's huge plus because the weather was super cold. Location is great for me, it on a silent street, everywhere you can get in 10-15 minutes of walking.

I loved everything, the atmosphere, details, kitchen, where you can get everything you need. Place is really awesome! And of course..that view.. mountains everywhere, all around you)) Also, i want to thank the host for the hospitality and positive) Also, in life it's much more better then on pics!

- breakfast was just delishious and rich (bread, bread fried in an egg (my favourite!), veggies, fried eggs - sunny side up, sausages, some typical georgian bites which I didn’t know :), cheese, homemade pancakes and jam - free tea & coffee - very clean, newly furnished and decorated with heart - the garden, very cozy, with hammock and blankets providef - the owner is super kind, had such a good energy and was helpful all along - you can use kitchen for small meals - we used BBQ place and did a little fire

This place exceeded my expectations 100%! Everything stated in the previous reviews is true, and the pictures do not do this place justice, it is way more beautiful in real life. The owners put so much attention to detail here, and everything is just perfect. It is very, very clean, and has everything you could ask for. I can recommend it very much, 11/10!

Beautiful guesthouse with a charming back patio! Comfortable and clean. The hosts were very kind! They let us store our luggage with them while we hiked the TCT!

This guesthouse is about a year 15 minute walk from the main square, which wasn’t a problem for us, but it is a good thing to know.

comfortable and cosy room. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful especially the magical pancakes. comfortable shared space for communication and free access to the kitchen facilities.

Our room was on the first floor right beside the shared space, because the wall are apparently not too sound proof, we got disturbed by conversations and mobility outside the room early morning/late night.

The best host I ve ever seen! And very nice chef for breakfast. Also there is a dog 'Bony' he is super gentle&cute.

The best thing about Ioska’s house is that you feel like home there. The place is nicely decorated, very clean and cozy with beautiful garden and mountain view. Yet it is just a short walk to the city. The food is tasty and the hosts are very hospitable and friendly. The owner can also help you organize your time in Svaneti. We could not choose better place to stay in Mestia. Thank you Ioska 🙂

Amazing place to stay in mestia. It's exactly what you see in photos. Super clean, comfy and beautiful. There's delicious breakfast cooked by nice ladies at the place. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Ioska for amazing stay.

Perfect place!

Ioska‘s is a beautiful little hoise with a wonderful garden. Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet with a beautiful view. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and staff was very friendly. We stayed there again after returning from our 4 day trek.

Our best stay in Georgia during our 1800 km road trip and many hotels. The hotel looks modern, well designed with amazing mountain and svaneti towers view in a distance. The room was simple, but elegant and cozy, bed with comfortable matrass for good sleep after every day hikes. Delicious and huge breakfast buffet. The best for me was a common area inside and on the yard to spend evening drinking wine and talking with other guests.

The google maps and maps.me don't show correct road to the hotel, so you have to ask locals. The biggest issue was that someone took our watermelon from the common fridge :)

Very good place. Its bit far from the centre so its not loudy at all. Very warm and cozy rooms. Super host. A Tasty breakfast. And a good view, especially from the secind floor.
