My kids and I used to live in Lincoln, we currently live in Florida. We came to visit friends and family for spring break. This place was perfect, had the room we needed. Everything was clean and worked the way it needed to. The location is perfect, stores close by and easy to get downtown. This was the perfect place for us, can’t wait to stay here again.

We just stayed here over the weekend for a girls trip. Communication with the owner was great! House was nice and clean, plenty of beds for everyone and super comfortable!

The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It's not far from downtown, campus, or the mall. The home is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean and the commutation with the property manager was easy. They are extremely responsive.

Wonderful,very clean home. We stayed 4 nights, can't wait to return. Jacob, the owner, was extremely accessible and easy to work with. Whether you are in town for the Cornhuskers or looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place to stay. Thanks for everything Jacob. We will be back!

Owner was extremely friendly and responsive, I felt like I was communicating with a friend. The property is really nice and updated and very clean. Interestingly the nicest rooms are kind of hidden down in the mostly finished basement level, with a large tv room and the biggest bed and bedroom. My only negative is that there’s only a single bathroom and it’s kind of small for a big guy like me, but that’s not really a fault of the property. I do imagine though that for a larger group or family it could be a little awkward to share. I would actually recommend the owner completely finish the basement, possibly adding a second bathroom or maybe a kitchenette to make the property really a standout to handle larger families or multiple couples. Overall I was very happy with the experience!
