Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer tollen Gegend. Dieses Haus ist perfekt für einen Golfausflug, Snowbirds, beobachten Sie Ihr Lieblings-Team im Frühjahr Training oder genießen Sie einfach unser fantastisches Wetter. Obwohl es in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten, Flughäfen und Autobahnen liegt, bietet das Haus eine friedliche Umgebung, in der Sie das sonnige Wetter genießen können. Home verfügt über 3 komfortable Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, neu renovierte Küche mit brandneuen Schränken, Arbeitsplatte und Geräten, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine überdachte Terrasse, die mit einem Gasgrill für all Ihre Grillbedürfnisse ausgestattet ist geschlossener Hinterhof und Fliesenböden für eine einfache Reinigung. Unser Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig 30 Meilen entfernt vom Flughafen Phoenix / Mesa Gateway und Phoenix International Airport entfernt. Es hat auch einen einfachen Zugang zu den Autobahnen. Unser Haus verfügt auch über einen TV / DVD-Player mit Flachbildfernseher, Highspeed-Internetzugang mit WLAN, Waschmaschine / Trockner, ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, ein Queensize-Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer, ein Vollbett im 3. Schlafzimmer und viel Stauraum für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Broschüren von nahe gelegenen Orten zu besuchen sind im Haus für die Bequemlichkeit unserer Gäste gehalten. Die HOA bietet einen bewachten Gemeinschaftspool, der 2-3 Blocks (2-3 Minuten zu Fuß) von unserem Haus entfernt ist. (nur bis April-Oktober). Obwohl nicht beheizt, bietet der Pool einen ruhigen Platz zum Aufenthaltsraum, lesen und genießen Sie die schöne Arizona Wetter.

We chose this location because of how close it is to the Mesa convention center where we were attending/working an event.
The house had plenty of room and felt very cozy. Bonus points for the size of the bathtubs and great water pressure.

I don't have alot of experience with vacation rentals but I do gotta say that this house was perfect for our group. Everything worked, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the pool is just a short walk. My group stayed here twice in 2 months and if we go back to Mesa, we'll probably stay again. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Overall a 5 star place. The pool was beautiful and well used by us and not a far walk from the house.
There were a few extras that were great like sugar, salt pepper and some spices.

We loved our 4 day stay. It was perfect for our family of 4 (three separate bedrooms) was stocked with everything we needed (in the kitchen), and was a charming home. Great neighborhood, kids loved the community pool, the price was right, and we would book again, without hesitation.

Our stay was very nice. The home is very clean and Im a little OCD about that. The communication with the owner was quick and helpful. They even let us check in early knowing we traveled almost 6 hours to get there. We were all blessed.

This place was great for our family. Plenty of room, clean, great location and property manager was helpful and friendly.
The fridge did make loud noises when it turned on, but other than that, we loved our stay in Mesa!

The air conditioning unit was out upon our arrival. There also was no hot water the first two days. We had to call Bob he came then showed us to trip a breaker for the water to work. Our last day the air conditioning guy came at 7:30 am and we left because of all the noise.

Property is in a quiet neighbourhood, within easy reach of the attractions and facilities of the entire Phoenix metro area. We even used it as a base for day trips down to the Tucson area. Clean and well equipped, with access to the HOA swimming pool a major plus point.

We came for my niece’s wedding and I needed a place for my dad to stay that was comfortable and had easy access.
It was clean, well-stocked and so comfortable. It was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in and we use VRBO all the time! There was water in the fridge for the hot Arizona days, even snacks, and bathroom supplies.
I wish we could have used the pool, which was just around the corner. The owner responded immediately to a small concern we had trying to get into the house and it was fixed immediately. Even communicated afterwards, which I appreciated.
Five stars for this great little house!!!

Property is about 15 mins from airport, close to groceries, restaurants, and one of our favorite coffee spots. Bonus points for being less than a mile from a great walking / running / cycling trail! Community has a pool, but was too cold to use during our visit. Only two nits to pick: needs a deep cleaning and to have some of the details (grout, baseboards, etc) cleaned, and the address provided is for the townhome community which is only the start of finding this home. Otherwise a great place to stay for our active family.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed and loved the spacious living room, the beds were comfortable and just a short walk to the pool. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Our only issues were:
1. The floors appeared clean but when you walked around without socks your feet turned black.

We did enjoy our stay. It just didn’t seem as clean as it should have been found hair in tub and sink and it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed good. The barbecue grill didn’t work right so we decided not to use it.

This was an excellent location for me as it was very close to my family gathering. The beds and house were clean and comfortable and Chanaka was amazingly quick and helpful in communicating. I'm so grateful for her help in helping us get away for a few days and spend time with family as stress-free as possible. Thank you!
