Dies ist eine echte Strandunterkunft in den White Sands Townhouses am Pensacola Beach. Diese luxuriöse Endeinheit mit Fenstern an der Ostwand wurde erst Mitte April 2018 zu einer Ferienwohnung. Dieses am Strand gelegene Reihenhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern befindet sich in der begehrten Fort Pickens Road und ist mit Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die einen komfortablen Urlaub ermöglichen. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher und einen privaten Aufzug, mit dem Sie von der großen Garage auf zwei Etagen mit einer Terrasse gelangen Insgesamt 2300 Quadratmeter. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Siehe Fotos.

This property is awesome for a family vacation. It is truly beach front which makes your vacation better than imaginable. Even if you dont want to go down to the sand you can sit on the deck or balcony and enjoy watching the waves. Plenty of room for everyone and they have games for kids to play inside on a rainy beach day as well as all the beach equipment you will need to have a great day in the sun (tents,chairs, sand toys, wagon) My only negative is that a couple of the tv remote and fan remotes didnt have any batteries which was odd, theres a clock in every room but none of them have the correct time. Elevator is very nice to have but also very tricky to work. Make sure you resd elevator use instructions carefully.

477 Fort Pickens Road in the White Sands condo complex in Pensacola Beach is a nice condo for a family. It is close to shopping, restaurants and has a nice beach out the back door. However, it needs a deep clean. We had to call the management company that we had roaches. They promptly sent out a pest control company to spray. We had a nice week there and left the unit in better shape than we found it. I have complaints about the linens, the shower curtain liner downstairs, kitchen towels or the lack of, and trash & crumbs of food under the beds and furniture.

Our very large family takes a beach vacation each year and we absolutely loved this location. The townhouse was clean and well-maintained. We lost power for a few hours one day due to a power company issue; the host was easily reached and helpful in communicating the issue and when it would be resolved. We will continue to come back year after year!

The place is beautiful and spacious, wit a perfect location. We enjoyed the extremely easy access to the beach. On rainy/non-beach days we enjoyed playing games and having cocktails on the partially covered porch. Highly recommend. Unfortunately there weren’t any working beach umbrellas but we were able to rent some. The umbrellas were set up and waiting for us at 10am, and picked up at 5..super convenient

The unit is very well stocked, the deck has ample chairs and seating for our group of 12, the kitchen has every imaginable utensil and items needed to cook large meals for 12.We love the extra refrigerator in garage and the newly stocked activities in garage. It is so convenient to walk down the steps and head directly to the Gulf! We will be booking it again for next year!

This condo is one of my favorites! The owners anticipated every need we might have and then some. It was beautifully maintained and furnished. The view is outstanding as the condo is right on the beach, just a short walk. The owners have provided beach chairs and other beach items, and even a canopy. The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of seating at the Island and small table. The view of the ocean is beautiful.
Cons: the elevator is a challenge but it works. The main floor bathroom needs to be updated and there are no locks on the door. The Main floor bedroom, the sheets are not for a king bed and the protective ‘cover’ over the mattress gets very warm.

Our group of six women had a fantastic experience in this rental. Excellent location, beautifully maintained grounds and condo. Beds were comfortable and plenty of storage for our stuff. We had a problem with the coffee maker on the first morning, but the staff was on it right away and delivered a new one within an hour! Everyone I spoke with at the office was kind and helpful. Great customer service! Would book again.

This location is Superior! The white sand beach and clear emerald waters were unbelievable. While the temperature was hot, the canopy and sea breezes made it perfect. You will love this vacation spot. Top that off with the Blue Angels practicing - watch conveniently from Ft. Pickens right up the road. A few minor details. While the place was mostly clean, the master bed sheets were questionably sandy. Thankfully, I brought my own comfy sheets. Don’t be shocked if you see a few roaches (they happen), but bring some zip lock bags for opened snacks to be safe. As stated, no beach towels supplied but Walmart has souvenir beach towels for $10 or bring from home. As with any condo for more than a day or two bring the extras that you have at home & don’t want to buy - spices, toilet paper, paper towels, your favorite laundry and dish soaps. You will have a great vacation at this condo. There were 9 of us from 69 to 10. We all had a wonderful week of sun, surf and seafood!

We enjoy staying in this group of vacation rentals each year at Mother’s Day and 477 was fantastic. There was more than enough space for our children and great grandchildren and the twin bunk beds upstairs were fun. The deck and porch furniture is well-kept and updates and there is sitting to eat and socialize in/outdoors for 14 - there were 10 of us. We called regarding lightbulbs in the bathroom and had a quick response from maintenance. A ceiling fan in the main floor bedroom would be a great addition; we did find a box fan upstairs to use. While I’m general this updated space is maintained, a little extra deep clean indoors and of the grills wouldn’t hurt :). Can’t wait to stay again next year!

We have stayed in many locations up and down the Gulf Coast, this place is perfect. Close to action without being crowded. No beach boys requiring you to pay for chairs and umbrellas. Property was perfect. Seems like it is newly painted and refreshed. Very clean. Lots of room for lots of people. And the garage is enormous! This unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very nice and roomy inside. Plenty of space for our large family. We were there during the off season and it was wonderful being on a private beach away from the bigger condos. Just a few steps and you’re on the beach enjoying the sand and water.

I surprised my wife for her 40th birthday by renting this beautiful home for the weekend for our family and her parents. The home is in a very friendly row of townhomes with many of the owners there full or part time. The home had everything we needed for a nice stay and our kids loved the beach! The garage has some beach toys from previous guests. The only "others" in terms of cleanliness are as follows: 1) I found a half-drank bottle of Coke under the master bed, 2) the curtains in the master bedroom look stained from standing water, 3) the baseboards needed a bit of cleaning, and 4) the plastic wine glasses had a sticky film on them and smelled pretty bad (I dumped out my wine and used a regular glass). That being said, the property overall was AMAZING and we'd love to come back--so much so that my wife wants to buy a townhome in the same complex!

The pictures online looked great, but when we actually walked in and saw it in person… WOW! It was by far one of the nicest beachfront townhomes at white sands we have ever stayed at.
The main living area is spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. The bar with all of the seating was well received by all at meal time.
The beds were very comfortable. We had someone in every bed including the two bunk beds and no complaints from anyone.
We will definitely be staying here again next year! 12 out of 10.

It’s everything just as pictured and more, super close to the beautiful white sand and beach, we were 7 adults and 2 children (1 & 3 yrs), we enjoyed the outdoor 2nd floor deck & seating/rockers morning for coffee/bkfst, noon when taking a break from the sun, and again in the evening after our day at the beach to enjoy drinks, the condo is well equipped and the owner/manager is very response when I had a question, plenty of room for an even larger group to sit & visit in living room and sleeping space, we fit 2 suvs in the garage and had 2 other parking spots dedicated for our townhome rental, there are only 5 units total in this building so we had space on the beach between us & other beach goers, beds were comfy, AC easily cooled the townhome our whole time here (I’ve been in other places where the air conditioner can’t keep up during the heat), bottom/first floor deck with water hose made it nice to rinse off as well as leave beach toys, cool cabana, and chairs so that sand was not tracked in easily, third floor has showers only in both bathrooms, second-floor bathroom has shower and tub, highly recommend this location
