Family-Oriented, Affordable, Spacious 2 Bedroom Units
Terra Mar Einheiten B (unten) und D (im Obergeschoss) sind zwei Einheiten eines 4-plex nur einen Block vom Strand entfernt. Diese Auflistung ist für Einheit D (oben). Jede Einheit ist 1100 sq. Ft. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, und es gibt zwei wegrollen Einzelbetten. Wir erlauben bis zu 10 Gäste, aber nur Betten und Bettwäsche für 6 Personen bieten.
Jede Einheit ist mit einem Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Jedes verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kabel-TV und WIFI. Einheit B hat einen kleinen, geschlossenen Hinterhof mit Grill und Einheit D weist einen vorderen und hinteren Balkon mit Grill.

Nice place to relax at the beach. Walking distance to the beach (5 mins) and very close to wanna wanna beach bar which they have very good drinks and nice atmosphere.

The property was great. We loved our stay!! The beach is very close by. The only issue we had was the rug in the living room was very dirty. It looked clean (vacuumed) but it needs to be washed. FYI, they do not provide more than one roll of toilet paper per restroom or extra trash bags. Its a great place and will definitely rent from.them again!!

Everything was great but since the island experienced a water leak and the water was shut off the washer was not functioning the way it should but the family really enjoyed the stay and we are definitely coming back! Thanks a bunch!

I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and nice. More pots and pans than you could ever need. I would recommend bringing spices if you will use them and extra toilet paper, paper towels and possibly even trash bags if you stay more than 4 days. We had just enough for our stay. I can’t wait to come again.

We had a great stay at Terra Mar (Unit D) and would highly recommend this property. The Unit was very spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. If views are what you're looking for this may not be your first choice, but the unit is well located about 1 block from the public beach access by Wanna Wanna. Communication with the manager was great. If we could book it again, we would!

We really enjoyed our stay for my daugther birthday. The beach was literally down the street. We enjoyed the walk. The condo was clean and proper when we checked in. Our last night the ac frozen over. So we turned it off over night to defrost. It wasn't hot at night at all, we were still cool with ceiling fans on. We notify the owner Debbie, explain what happen. She was very nice and respectful. Overall we really did love our stay there. Since this was our first time getting an rental on Vrbo, we will do it again.

When I arrived there was an odor issue outside in the stairwell. I notified the owner and she immediately put the wheels into action to remedy. Within hours it was taken care of. The condo was only a block from the beach and Wanna Wanna. The only downside was there wasn't a pool, which I didn't notice when I booked - totally my fault - and no TV's in the bedrooms. Besides that I think it was a great place.

Everything was exactly as it looks in the pictures. The living room is very nice sized and we were able to play cards and relax with plenty of room. The property is just one block from the beach and the Wanna Wanna. We thought that was perfect and went down to the beach every night. The only negative was that the beds aren't really comfortable, especially the queen sized one. My husband compared it to sleeping on the box-spring, however I know that everyone has different comfort levels, and it didn't affect our trip.
