Thank you for the wonderful experience! We had a few things change just days before we were to head out on vacation and these hosts were more than accommodating. The pictures for this property do NOT do it justice. The view was breath taking and we even caught a sting ray fishing off the dock. We will be returning to this property to vacation again… 10 out of 10!

The home was absolute perfection! It met all of our needs and more. Morning sunrise with coffee on the deck, followed by a family crab boil downstairs on the porch was just what we need to unwind and relax! We will definitely be returning to the property when we visit family in the future.

Great for travel ball family stay! Even better for family getaway. Kayaks and paddle boat kept the kids busy and having fun while we watched from the porch above.

The property lay out was perfect for our needs. I had a great time. I wanted to fish and relax while the rest of the family shopped, went to the beach or visited local sites. The building is not perfect. The pros,, great location. The layout of the house was great. The patio below the house was great with a fish cleaning station and nice swings to sit on as the breeze blew through. The upper deck was a great place to hang out and talk to avoid the bugs at night. They have fans to help. Now The cons, The majority of the tiles have hairline cracks from previous storm damage and I am shocked on how they chose to patch the ceiling with a 1’x2’ piece of bead board. The deck at the shoreline is solid but in rough shape. A couple boards were loose on one end and a couple beams must be disconnected in a couple spots because the boards sunk about an inch down. I tripped on it a time or two. But if you just fixed a couple things it could be great. I still enjoyed myself and wouldn’t hesitate to buy a place just like it. We made some really good memories that week.

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the location as it was close to everything we wanted to see or do. We spent many mornings and evenings fishing too. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to the coast.

This property was perfect for our stay in Mississippi. The house was the perfect size for our group and loved being on the water even though it isn't ocean beach. There's plenty to do at the house (foosball table, paddle boat, etc.). Here are the things we didn't enjoy: the TV in the common area did not have the ability to stream. It does have satellite channels and a DVD player. The blinds in the master bedroom did not block the sun in the morning so if you need it dark to sleep this isn't the room for you. There's a hot tub on the balcony but it was not available for use. The house could use some general maintenance but nothing that would prevent me from recommending this property to others.

The house was just as described in the listing. Property was very clean and well kept. It was very spacious for a three bedroom. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway! Wish we had better weather this week, but it was a good trip despite the rain and cold temps. Would rent this property again.

We spent 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay. Plenty of time to check out Gulfport/Biloxi and many miles of the gulf coastline. The home was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with necessities. The large deck looking out on the bayou was a great place to sit, watch the birds, boaters, and read. All in all a very nice stay.

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this has been one of our favorites. The views from the bedrooms were amazing. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were sad we had to leave early due to weather, but the owner was very kind and understanding. We hope to be back when the weather is warmer so we can take advantage of being on the water and do some fishing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful restaurants are minutes away. We were able to bring our senior dog, and she enjoyed watching the fish jump on the lake!! Hopefully we can come back next spring..we had a wonderful time!!

Was not as described by reviews that are posted,house is Dated and pretty weathered and need of major repairs in my opinion " The titles are broken up.badley,the living ceilings are ready to fall in have had some kind of crappy repair job done on it ,the windows leak air can hear the wind blowing in around them,couldn't use the front door for what reasons im not sure,, the showers are for short people, the floors are way uneven so be hard for people not steady on your feet "" The house was clean ,just in need of some major updates " for the price we paid i have stayed in way nicer vrbo rentals """""

The house is great but needs some tweaking. Kitchen lighting was totally inadequate & was thankful I brought rechargeable light bulbs to illuminate so we could see what we were doing. Porch deck boards & dock need repair and/or replacing. Asked for the lobster pot, burner and gas, but when we went to boil shrimp, there was not enough gas and had to go off for some. Again, location was great and my son wants to come back.

It was nice to get away from or ordinary day to day. The house was very cozy and clean. the kitchen stove was yucky and so were all the pans in the bottom drawer.
The small bathroom was very hard to maneuver in and the toilet had some flushing problems. So, we didn't use it. But other than that, it was nice. the views were spectacular. the fishing was great too. My Husband had a blast out on the dock fishing. I would say that I might come back and stay there just for the fantastic atmosphere and sunset views.

Owner is very responsive and addresses any issues you might have very promptly. Beautiful views of the sunset. Nice and quiet location. The floors could use update as the tiles are cracked and even missing in some areas but this didn't bother our stay. Loved sitting out on the patio and enjoying the gorgeous views. Fan on patio was very useful to keep mosquitoes away. Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is very nicely decorated, comfortable, waterfront view. We weren’t there for fishing or water activities, however the men had to throw a pole in every chance they had lol. For those not able to climb stairs, you must climb stairs to enter the cabin. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed from the sitting area on the back deck to watch the sunset and the boats whizzing by on the bay. We brought our fishing boat with us and was able to launch right there.
There is a view of the water from every room in the house. It is a convenient location with grocery stores and dining near by. We would definitely come back again.

Loved the property! Views are amazing. We all enjoyed it. Weather wasn’t in our favor as it got really chilly. Boys were able to fish, but didn’t catch anything. Only complaint and it’s not even big is the showers are small and lighting in bathrooms isn’t great! Other than that we would definitely come again!

We love this house. It was our 2nd time staying here. The back bay is so peaceful and beautiful. And bonus...we got to see the Christmas Boat Parade from the deck! We had no idea this was happening during our stay, but it was so nice to not have to fight traffic and loads of people to get to watch it.
Yes, there are more luxurious places you can stay. (The tile floors have cracks, and the 2nd bathroom is very tight).
No, this is not on the beach. But...if you stay on the beach...you will also be staying right beside the Railroad tracks!
We originally booked this place last year because of it's peacefulness and away from the hubbub of the busy Beach Boulevard. We came back because we LOVED it!
