We loved the set up of our place. We had a gorgeous patio to eat breakfast, read a book, or have a quiet dinner. There was a small patio out front to relax if the sun was too hot. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as working grills down by the pool. We saved quite a bit of money by cooking meals at our place. The grounds outdoors were well manicured and kept extremely clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful both morning and evening, but would become hot in the afternoon which os to be expected in June. There were so many restaurants and tiki bars within walking distance, therefore the location is amazing. Beach access is directly across the street.We will definitely be back to this location, but might select a cooler month.

Absolutely perfect! Book it now. Extremely clean, great location, beautiful property. Short walk across the street to the beach. Pool was quiet and had two grills with shaded tables if you want to grill. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Or unit had a beach wagon to easily get all your gear to the beach. We were there the week before Memorial Day-the beach was huge and not crowded at all. Honestly, I’m pretty critical when it comes to cleanliness and this unit was immaculate. We had 4 adults with plenty of room. If you have small children or teenagers you could squeeze two more in easily and sleep in the living area. We will definitely stay here next time we are in St Pete’s.

Overall, we had a wonderful trip! The condo's proximity to all amenities couldn't be better. The pool and beach are incredibly close, and my kids loved observing the manatees in the morning. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure a thorough cleaning of the master bedroom; we felt congested whenever we entered. Additionally, the cleaning products used before our arrival were quite strong, requiring us to air out the room for three days.

The location and ease of access of this condo is excellent! My only constructive criticism is that the condo itself could use an update. It had a very unpleasant, mildew smell, lots of mildew on the curtains and door and window. Jams and interior was extremely outdated as opposed to other Condos in that building

An exceptional location close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. The unit was immaculate upon our arrival. The unit and resort had all the amenities we had hoped for. The only minor shortfall was a lack of glassware in the cupboards. Overall and excellent experience.

Pretty and well cared for grounds and property. We saw manatees in the waterway! Condo was small, but nicely decorated. Wish it was on the beach, but it is not difficult to cross the street at the light and (contrary to what we were told) cut through the parking lots across the street. Places to eat or get a drink are right there on the beach. Suggestion for the owners would be that the rollaway bed in the master bedroom closet prevents people from hanging up any clothes and that means there’s only a wardrobe in the guest bedroom because there’s no closet in the guest bedroom. Also, we had to remove a couple shelves of dishes and many glasses to be able to get some food put away because there’s no food pantry in this kitchen. The table and chairs and the couch on the porch were very comfortable and nice to use.

This property met all of our needs, a safe, comfortable, beach-themed condo located in the heart of St. Pete Beach, convenient to everything you could ever need. Amenities within and on-property were very nice. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again sometime.

Third stay at this property. Every condo we have stayed in has been well stocked and comfortable. Beach across the street, pool and hot tub clean. Shuffle board and tennis courts well maintained. Love to see the dolphins and manatees in the bay right behind the resort.

Sunrise is a great, central location on Gulf Blvd with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Aptly named as the sunrises and morning vistas are stunning; especially from the balconies located on the upper floors. Rising moons at nighttime are also picturesque. The angle of the resort is positioned such that gulf breezes aren’t felt as strongly as if one were to be on the beach making poolside lounging quite comfortable. The pool temperature is warm while still refreshing. With respect to Unit 209 specifically, the couch and loveseat were old and worn. Management professionals Dawn and Nancy were pleasant, helpful and exceptional at making our stay comfortable.
