We had one issue with the Keurig, and they replaced it same day! 10 out of 10 for us all around, and the kids loved being able to go across the street for ice cream!

As always, we had a wonderful stay at your home. There were a couple issues this year for the whole month and your maintenance people took care of them promptly and efficiently. We thoroughly enjoy the privacy of your home as opposed to a busy high-rise, although we are getting older and are not sure how much longer we will be able to negotiate all of those stairs! The past couple of years we've used the bedroom on the main floor. Thanks again for a great month. We are looking forward to next year!

We had a great stay in Sundancer. No issues, except the weather for some of the stay. Rick and his team were great communicators and very fast to respond to any questions, and a couple of very minor issues were handled same day! Highly recommend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Accommodations were great, weather was perfect, and a few of us never left the property! Plenty of grocery stores were close by, including a Super Walmart. Nice to have a pool for when the kids tired of the beach.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving on the beach in Sundancer. It was clean, lots of room, and everything we needed for Thanksgiving meals. We loved being right on the beach, and right across from the store and restaurant too. We will be back!

This vacation home was just perfect for all of our family !!! There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of play room for the kids too !! The property was clean, neat , and happy !! We would beach in the morning and go to the pool in the afternoon !! We also loved the location !! It was close to everything and especially the little store across the street !! End of summer vacation with family and friends, and a last minute change of plans on where we were staying brought us to this house. Everyone wanted to be on the beach and this house delivered. Plenty of space in the house for everyone to have their own area and even more. Literally just steps to the beach and it was much less crowded than the public areas. Our group decided to eat out every night so we did not do much cooking, but it looked as though the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Communication with the owner and check in was easy with no problems at all. We had a great stay, and would recommend this property!

We loved our stay in the purple house. The house was in a great location. Across the road from Waves that made it easy to pick up anything you needed. West enough that you have more space on the beach. Pool was great to share with just one other family. House was spacious enough large group didn’t feel on top of each other. Everyone could have their own space. We would love to come back!

This house is in the perfect location! It’s not on the main, busy drag but still close enough to get to all of the restaurants, shops, and excursions you want to do. The house was great for our family of 14 (infants to adults). We loved having the private pool and being steps away from the beach. The house is a little outdated and needs some maintenance work done, but overall is a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The bedrooms were very spacious, and the extra bunk bed room was perfect for our group. The extra refrigerator was also a bonus! We appreciated the amount of communication and access we had to the management company.

We enjoyed our stay spending time with our family during the Thanksgiving holidays. The Condo was nice and we like that area. The complaints we had was the floor was dirty when we arrived, the mattresses were noisy, the appliances and linens were old.

This was a great place for us. There were 11 of us in the house and plenty of room. The management company was very responsive. The house is on the beach and there is a pool for relaxing.

We loved how big the property was for accommodating our large group of 6 adults, 5 teenagers and 1 child. The pool right off the deck was wonderful and the short walking distance to the beach was perfect. Not too far for pulling all of our gear out and getting exhausted. The location to restaurants and shopping is great! What we were not satisfied with was how the property was just not clean. A half eaten pop tart left on a dresser, the floors feeling like they haven’t been swept in days (and we had just arrived) and the spill that wasn’t wiped up well on one set of steps that just collected dirt. For what we paid for the week, I would’ve expected better. The mattresses were a lot to be desired as well; and very dirty under the mattress pads. I’m very glad we brought our own sheets. I wish I would have read the reviews better to see that we could’ve called to have someone come re-clean the place and keep coming back until we were satisfied; especially since we paid so much for it. Our family had a great vacation and enjoyed being together in this very big house. Like I said, the location to the beach and to restaurants is perfect! I just hope that going forward, a better job is done in making sure that the cleaning is looked at further.

The house and location were fabulous. Couldn't have asked for better place and management were on top of everything. My only complaint/issue was the cost. I paid a lot so my family could be together after the China virus and gov. lockdowns. I know, big house, great location, kept in tip-top shape, first week of vacation season, you expect to pay, and we got what we paid for. So, let me withdraw that complaint and put another star up.
