We enjoyed all the amenities at our place. Beautiful patio on the water large kitchen and living room. Capt Al was an amazing host. This is my 2nd time booking with Vrbo and both times great experience.

I am very unhappy after we booked, paid and were already staying there they added a 200 dollar club fee after they researched club rules!! If there are fees they need to be upfront and in original contract!!

We had a wonderful time. The location is ideal - so close to the beach, great food, and a few touristy stores. It was also set apart enough providing a calm and peaceful environment…and there is a fabulous view from the master bedroom. Everything one could possibly want (except maybe a few baking tools, but I’m guessing not many people bake when on vacation lol) was on site; huge smart TV’s in the bedrooms, the beds were really comfortable, and there were a plethora of nice, clean, fluffy towels - even shampoo/conditioner and body wash was provided. The hot tub was also a wonderful way to wind down at the end of the day. Captain Al was great with his communication and so hospitable and generous with his boat ride/tour. We would definitely return!

My wife and had business in Clearwater/ Tampa, this made a great home base being located next to restaurants and the water. Clean and comfortable. We will be back again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Great location with ease of walking to many restaurants. We enjoyed the beach across the street at Shephard's & Cabanas. One day we rented jet skis from Shephard's & had a blast! Clearwater Beach was nice but too crowded for our liking. Our favorite beach was Sand Key Beach just over the bridge. We swam with so many fish & saw a dolphin pretty close to us at one point! The house itself has an amazing view! It was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc., & plenty of bath towels & some beach towels. The host was responsive & quickly got back to us any time we reached out. I would point out a few things though as to why we gave 4 stars instead of 5 that they could easily improve upon. The surface areas did not seem like they had been wiped down in a while. The kitchen/bathroom counters were all very gritty feeling & had small dead bugs near the back of them. There was also dust build-up & pet hair on the tables in the living room. The floors were also gritty & we had to wear shoes at all times in the house or our feet would immediately be black. We did not notice these things until we got back late the first night so just decided to wipe down the surfaces ourselves & sweep/vacuum. There was an abundance of lamps/knick-knacks that cluttered the area & the dining table seemed like it was going to fall apart at any moment making us nervous to use it. Other than those few issues the house was truly great & we would book it again!

Mini vacation was great. Beautiful property and great location

Walking distance to the beach and shops and food. The view was great and it was a calm and peaceful getaway for the whole family. Minutes drive over the bridge to Sand Key beach, which we found was the best one for us.

We had a week long stay at the property. Its very conveniently located to many things. We enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect home base for our short spring training trip. Close to everything but hidden away and so quiet. We will definitely be back!

Very cute, very clean. Access to water views from master bedroom and patio. Lots of towels provided which is so nice. Essentials also provided (soap, shampoo, tea, etc.). Capt Al was responsive and helpful. Very close to lots of things to do including great beach access, bars and restaurants. And walkable to pier 60 easily. Overall great stay!

Perfect spot for a get away right on the water. Capt Al was a perfect host. Place was clean and well appointed.

Captain Al was wonderful to work with-- when we arrived we had a small issue with the cleaning, and he had someone over to the property in 5 minutes to fix it. He was very responsive via text and calls and wanted to be sure we were getting everything we needed. The property has great amenities-- a nice gas grill, washer/dryer, a private patio in the front, and then a patio in the back at the water. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was clean and well kept. The only thing we want to note, is that the back patio is not very private-- there are two patios to your immediate right and left with no screen or divider. Overall, a great trip and stay!

Beatiful property and captain al is the best host ever!

Excellent location. Home was on the water and near: A food market, multiple shopping, dinning and entertainment venues (the food and bands were exceptional), that are right across the street/next street over, beaches are within 5 minutes. It is easy walking distance to local activities and entertainment. Located near the yacht club and small, local police station. It was quiet and we felt very safe. The home was very clean, pet friendly and had lots of amenities. It had a nice front lanai with a nice grill. I highly recommend this home and look forward to returning in the future.

This unit was perfect for what we needed it for. Great location to everything. 6 of us stayed here this weekend. Just an FYI there are only 2 parking spots for each of these units. Shepards charges 21 a day to park there so it all worked out. Thanks Capt. Al.

You can walk across street to breakfast , drive 5 blocks to beach . Go swim 4 doors down . Has everything you need , bikes , fishing poles , washer dryer .

We were quite pleased with our accommodations. The back view was wonderful for morning coffee and evening drinks. The neighbors were friendly and helpful Capt Al provided a wonderful boat tour! The location was all we had hoped for and there was plenty of quiet when we wanted.

Great location, well appointed condo with beautiful views. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. We had a great boat ride with Captain Al! Captain Al is a wonderful host! We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend!

Beds are very comfy, back patio is awesome, close to restaurants but very quiet. Clearwater is not really my thing, business brought me down, with that being said, you couldn’t stay in a better place!!!!

We had a great experience and the place was perfectly located.

The place was as described, beautiful view, clean and well maintained. Will stay again if in the area.
