Excellent place to stay during your time in York. It is walking distance from everything, and was extremely comfortable for 6 of us plus kid and infant. York Boutique was very responsive and accommodating. Great experience

York Boutique is well-situated, just outside city center. It was so easy to walk to many restaurants and the sights of the city. The house was the perfect size for our family of seven and was exactly as described in the listing. The property managers communicate useful and detailed information before the check in time, which made the whole process very simple. Thank you!

The house is very clean, very tidy, very nice, very comfortable, the kitchen is very suitable for cooking, and the dishes are very well equipped.Nice experience.

The house is in a great location which meant we could walk to all of the sites, restaurants, cafes etc. but was quiet on an evening so we weren’t kept awake.
The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, as well as spacious. A really lovely place for our weekend away!

Great central location, stylish living space, we had a nice stay.
No dishwasher. Needs a deep clean. King size bed not comfortable. Difficult to cook due to limited pans/trays which aren’t clean.
Doesn’t live up to the description of “fully equipped”, “5 star” or “luxurious”.
York Boutiques responded very quickly to issues.

Fantastic stay in a fantastic location! In the heart of the hustle and bustle of all the great eateries and bards near fossgate. Parking permit was a great bonus and all the beds were really comfortable. Highly recommend and would return for sure!

This property was everyrhing we wanted for our trip to York. Was a great location, easy to walk into town and all the eateries on Fossgate. The house was really comfortable ,beds super comfy and hot water plentiful. Would highly recommend

Loved our stay here and the location was fantastic really close to the Shambles and all the great bars and restaurants in Fossgate. Hosts were very helpful and responsive . Parking on the street was an added bonus.

Lovely apartment, we particulary liked the fact there was 3 bathrooms, which meant no arguements from the teenagers like we get at home. Short walk to the centre, parking permit provided too

The location of this property is fantastic. Literally just outside there are restaurants and bars and only a short stroll into the centre. The house was really clean and welcoming and we would love to return

Wonderful stay! Very close to everything you want to stay. Place was was great and able to accommodate all five of very easy and comfortably. Very clean with a clean kitchen with all the amenities to make meals, with easy access to a nearby market. Wonderful restaurants are nearby and easy 10 minute walk to the Shambles. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay. It was perfect location, communication was great and the accommodation was clean and modern. The added little touches such as coffee, tea, sugar etc was much appreciated.

Excellent location for a stay in York. A few recommendations that the property needs to bring it up to a good standard. Overall the cleanliness was acceptable, however there were quite a few cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the skirting boards and window frames needed cleaned. The walls could do with a paint refresh as some of them were scraped and dirty.

Location of the house is brilliant, everything within minutes walking distance and good parking ( permit included). The house itself is comfortable , clean and well equiped. Excellent choice.
