All was good, I would advise others that two flights of stairs was quite much when going up and down multiple times a day. Also, no RR on pool level for pool and beach meant even more steps

This condo was beautiful. There was plenty of space. It’s right by the ocean. It’s pet friendly. It had a sufficient amount of dishes. The WiFi was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean

Great place. Just don’t have a washer or dryer in the condo. And no pot holders or dish rags.

The property was smaller than anticipated, but was quite comfortable for my wife and I, and my son and his wife who visited for a day or two. The unit potentially sleeps 8-9 people but only has one full bath. The spiral stair was difficult to negotiate with luggage. The unit had three coffee makers, none were K-cup. We bought and left measuring cups and measuring spoons for the kitchen. Master bedroom had DVD player, but no HDMI cable to connect to TV. Only one set of batteries to swap between 2 remotes for TV and DVD player in living room. Beach was a short walk from our unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but would have been nicer with a little more attention to details. Thank you.

Great location to stay, walking distance to the Shrimp festival which was one of the reasons we in in town. The condo was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Property is on beach which is great! If you have bad knees should request lower unit. We had to go up 4 flights of stairs. Other than that we would stay there again

Nice place. Close to the beach. Could have had a little more information in the room about the laundry and outside shower. Also the key code was way too long. Perfect time to go….not crowded at this time of the year

This is a beautiful property that sits on the beach. Allowing pets and being “on the beach” makes this property a number one on my list. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay here! The balcony overlooked the street which we actually loved! The kids sat out there in the evenings and people watched while eating dinner. It’s a quick maybe 30 second walk to the beach, also walking distance to a pizza and ice cream shop, liquor store, and a gift shop. The pizza place was good, gift shop was good since we forgot umbrellas. Also within walking distance to a nice Mexican restaurant which was great! The house itself had lots of room. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

It smelled like urine and they did construction right outside the window at 6a.m.

Very pleased with our stay. The room was exactly how and what was advertised. The staff I did meet (Security) was very polite and welcoming. These units are in a great location and easy to navigate. My family and I can’t wait to return later this year!

Very nice stay- clean & everything you need for a vaca. I did miss a hairdryer. Maybe it was there but I didn’t find it. The 2 flights of stairs were a bit much for us old grandparents. We didn’t have a view of the beach but it was hust around the corner. The place was cute, cool & comfy!

Property was very comfortable and easy access to beach. Too large for just the two of us, so we didn't use the upstairs. But if you have 4 to 8 folks, it's plenty comfortable for everyone. Property was well maintained and clean. Would definitely return.

This place is a great location with so many places to eat within walking distance but that is all it has going for it. One couch is torn and the other is stained. The pillow on one couch had a stain that smelled so bad the maintenance guy just threw it away. The wall by the kitchen had stuff stuck to it that I had to scrape off with a Clorox wipe. One of the drawers in the kitchen barely opened and when you got it open it spread particle board everywhere. Two of the beds upstairs just sunk in and the third one had some gross stains on the sheets. All the curtains upstairs are broken in one way or another. The upstairs half bath had no trash can and the toilet scrub brush just sat on the ground. It could also use a shelf so you have a place to put toiletries. We did talk to the neighbors who were redoing the floors in their house and they let us look at their place and this place can look nice with a bit of work and new furniture. The place has been repainted as the pics are a different color than the actual color of the home now but even the paint was done poorly. I definitely would stay away from this place as is currently but if they put a couple grand worth of work i to it this place could be really nice. Had we not had people meeting us there we would have just moved our stay into a hotel room to have a better stay.

The home was decorated very nice. Clean furniture and clean kitchen. The spiral stairs was very nice. A little dangerous but nice. The main suit bathroom is not made for tall people. The sink and the toilet sit very low. The only negative is, I was cold and there wasn’t any blankets, like a throw blanket. Overall it was very nice. I would stay again. I also would recommend.

Super close to Hangout, Gulf Sate Park, dining/bars/shopping. Enjoyed the street-side porch and being just steps away from the beach!

We love the location and friendly property management. We stayed there 4 nights and my back hurt so bad from the out dated mattress. The pain was awful and I don't ever have back pains. It was not relaxing to sit around and watch TV, because of the living room furniture, being out dated. This rental would be great with a sectional couch with recliners and new mattresses. Just my opinion

Our family of six enjoyed our stay here! Our 4 kids loved the loft bedroom! The spiral stairs were a little noisy with our kiddos excitement. You’re on the 3rd floor technically so be prepared when packing and bringing luggage. The condo and property was clean and family friendly! Our kids loved the pool the most! And Perfect distance to the beach!

We loved the location and cozy home feel in this place! The stairs are but much if you have any limitations (pack light) you’ll definitely get exercise we enjoyed our July 4 with the convenience of our assigned parking space! Always guaranteed a park for 2 vehicles.

We loved everything about this unit! We had a really good, relaxing time! We could have used more toilet paper n linens for 7 people! We managed! The neighbors down stairs, not sure if they are permanent residents or what, they came up and asked us to be quit. I didn't feel we was too loud, we had alot of excited kids so we did our best! Lol Overall awesome trip! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!
