Very nice four bedroom home across from the beach. Lots of stairs. You go up one flight to get to living area and another flight to all bedrooms. Cleanliness gets a 3 otherwise I would give it a five. We vacuumed ourselves less than 24 hours arrival and picked up a large amount of dirt. Bathrooms had some hair in them and bedding in a couple of rooms had some substance on them possibly spilled drinks.

Easy access to beach. We could see the ocean from the door. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for our family of 10. Close access to all kinds of eating places and shopping.

We enjoyed our family vacation at this property. The house was bright, clean, and spacious. The kitchen worked well for our family meals, as did the large dining table with plenty of chairs. The location was across the street from the beach so an easy walk with the provided cart filled with beach chairs. The management company was very responsive for a minor issue. It was resolved the same day. Would recommend this property to others and book again.

Home is beautiful great location and big enough

This was by far the best home we have ever rented! It was perfectly located, clean, new, just wonderful. We had beachchairs, fun things for the beach, wagon. Will definitely book this again next year when we come back!

Pros: Great location, perfect layout, tons of games, kitchen was nicely stocked, plenty of towels (though they need to be replaced- SANDPAPER would have been better- yea we tried our own fabric softener to see if that helped- IT DIDN’T) Cons: PARKING- the listing states 4 standard size vehicles or 2 trucks or large SUVs. Public parking on W 10th St. also available. You can fit 2 small vehicles maybe 3. Be prepared to pay $25 per day for any additional parking on 10th Street. It was VERY deceptive. When I read public parking that’s free parking. When I read Paid public parking I know to expect a fee. Every other listing states a Parking Fee. We chose this rental based on not having to pay $50 a day for 2 other vehicles. (Obviously with 13 people we had more than 3 vehicles) $50 per day times 5 will add up. Just so you know this should be in your description!! Enough on the most expensive parking trip. MIRRORS: There are maybe 3 mirrors- besides bathroom ones. PLEASE add at least a full length mirror. If you’re coming on vacation you would like to see if you look like a dumpster fire or not. Literally, a small circle mirror in each bedroom was it. LIGHTING: The bathroom lighting was so weird to do your makeup in. I think because the light was too high? Just bring a vanity lit mirror from home. TOWELS: I’m not usually that picky. These will literally hurt your body when you wipe with them. They are awful! All in all a great place to stay! The family loved the location. Tons of golf nearby. We had 10-70 on age & everyone loved it!

Beautiful house and great location. The beach is just across the street. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and most importantly for us-dog friendly. We traveled with our two Goldendoodles and they were happy. Be prepared to walk steps-inside and out. It’s a good workout! Only minor complaint-the bath towels are low-quality hospital/hotel towels. Also, there was a strange odor in one of the master closets. We will book this house again.

Beautifully decorated, stocked kitchen, good location and easy beach acces.

Fantastic home. Well equipped with bedding and fully equipped kitchen including a spice rack. Right across from the beach with direct beach access. Would take maybe 3 min to walk to the beach. Both pools and hot tub were operational, thought the “hot” tub was more like a “luke warm” tub. Vacasa team was quick to respond for any issues. Shed underneath home was available to store our water gear and they had a few things available including a wagon to take things to the beach. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

This house is super nice and plenty of room for all us. Beach access across the street was convenient and nice view of the ocean. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

Stayed here with our kids and family friends who also have toddlers. This place was amazing! Beautiful furnishings and well positioned near the beach. Allowed us to take a break from the beach and have a short walk back to the house. Would stay again!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful beach house for four days. We absolutely loved. It had everything we needed for our stay from dishes to games. The beds were soft and comfortable. It was like home away from home. The weather was beautiful and we had great views of the beach. We were on the strip from multiple restaurants and activities. I would recommend this home to anyone and I plan to book them in the future.
