Good location, a lot of space in the house. Good facilities for cooking. Most was fine, just needed more honesty about the condition of the renovations.

The main kitchen and lounge area was half painted and the back garden was overgrown and a no-go zone for kids. I think it is still getting fixed up.

It had the amount of bedroom we required.

When we first arrived we thought we had the wrong place. The garden needs attention. The backyard was unusable and overgrown. The ducted heating didn’t work in the main living areas. A cupboard door on the kitchen was broken and nearly knocked one of us out. The privacy film on the first bedroom window has been installed the wrong way. There was no mattress or pillow protectors on some of the beds.

Great location. Walking distance to beach and shops. Comfortable beds.

The facilities provided was already great. Nothing we didn’t like. It would hv been good to have some salt and pepper onsite too. But otherwise was excellent.

Walking distance to the beach It was a clean house but the laundry needed a clean up, the sink was rusty.

The check in time was later than normal. Work men were at the door on the Sunday morning at 9.50am to put in split systems. The back lawn was very long, it needed a good mow, you couldn’t sit in the back yard as it was over grown. We could only get the movie channels on the tv, we could not get normal channels. We paid a lot of money for a short time in a middle of the road house. This house would have been perfect if it was a couple a hundred dollars less a night. For over $600.00 a night we expect a lot more for our money. Disappointed with the price.
