Mancava acqua calda, wifi, gas

Просторен апартамент.Чист и вероятно наскоро обзаведен. Кухненски уреди са чисто нови. Хладилника беше зареден. Имаше всичко закуска ,както и кафе. Препоръчвам с две ръце.

Нямам никакви забележки.

Nothing, the stay is a disaster

The stay turned out to be the worst experience of my life. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the place was in a state of disrepair and neglect. The bed in the main bedroom was broken, forcing me to sleep on the floor for the duration of my stay. This alone would have been enough to tarnish the experience, but sadly, it was just the beginning. The couch in the living room was not only uncomfortable but also emitted a foul odor, making it impossible to sit there for any length of time. The kitchen was a complete disaster zone: it reeked of stale food and had not been cleaned in what seemed like months. The oven was broken, the cupboards were falling apart, and there were no kitchen utensils to be found. Preparing even a simple meal was out of the question. The bathroom facilities were equally appalling. The washroom and toilets were filthy, and to make matters worse, there was no light in the bathroom. Navigating in the dark was not just inconvenient but also unsafe. To add insult to injury, the host was completely unresponsive. Despite multiple calls and messages, I never received any assistance or even an acknowledgment of the issues. This level of neglect and poor service is unacceptable. Considering the dreadful condition of the property, paying 140 euros a day was an absolute rip-off. Realistically, 10 euros a day would have been a fair price for what was offered. Overall, this stay was an absolute nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

não tinha pequeno almoço. A localização era a 30 min do metro, para chegar ao centro de milao tinha que apanhar um autocarro e um metro, demorava cerca de 1h. Gostei por ser uma zona calma

Nao tinha microondas nem um tacho para ferver leite, a cama fazia muito barulho e já tinha um movel partido na sala

Non funzionava il riscaldamento ed è stato necessario contattare più volte il gestore

The building is pretty on the outside.

Mold in every room. Bathroom dirty, sink clogged, ceiling wet. Dirty dishes, dirty coffee machine, disgusting sticky dining table. Terrible sofa bed. Cold floors, no slippers. No toiletries of any kind (no soap). Missing bedside lamps. At night, it sounded as if someone was continuously throwing their washing machine off fourth floor, horrible noise.

La posizione

L'alloggio prenotato non corrispondeva assolutamente a quello che ci ha ospitati. A detta dei proprietari è normale perché sul sito le foto erano più di 40 e di più appartamenti. Dal mio punto di vista invece l'annuncio era ingannevole. Arrivati lì oltre al danno la beffa: forno rotto.Ci hanno rimborsato parzialmente la cena accreditandoci 50€ sul conto e scusandosi.
